ヴァーホンホテル クリスタル(Verwohnhotel Kristall)

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this Alpine lodge style hotel nestled in the pretty town of Pertisau, on Lake Achensee. The hotel itself is traditional in appearance but with many up to date touches and the spa facilities are excellent. The stand outs for us were the amazingly friendly, helpful and polite staff and the variety and quality of the fantastic food - and so much of it to choose from! Really nice touches were the organised (complementary) activities - we did the hiking in the mountains with Thomas and we saw many things we would have missed had we done the walk by ourselves and the hotel mini bus ride back to the train station at the end of our stay. We stayed in the ‘sister’ hotel a short walk back up the road from the main hotel. This was well equipped and immaculately clean with a comfortable bed, however the communal areas were a little dated - perhaps this is on the to do list as the main hotel is very nicely decorated and styled? There is so much to do in the hotel (themed evenings, a lovely bar area, outside seating areas etc..) that you never need stray far from the hotel, but that would mean missing out on the amazing views from the top of the cable car, fantastic hikes in the area, bike rental, boat trips on the lake- all within walking distance of the hotel. This was our first visit to the area and we would very much like to return. Thank you to the entire Hotel Kristall team for a wonderful stay.

My heart sank as we drove down the road as we approached Kristall...we stayed 9 years ago and I had been dreaming about the meadow view ever since. The land is being developed by the neighbouring hotel. The staff do try really hard to make up for the obvious disappointment experienced by all people staying at Kristall. Unfortunately we won't be returning for a third visit even though the food is world class and the facilities are extraordinarily relaxing. Such a shame.

Also dieses Hotel ist schwer zu beschreiben, von Anreise bis Abreise ein unvergesslicher, herzlicher, leckerer Wellness Urlaub. Das Personal ist hervorzuheben, die Damen an der Rezeption, der Kellner Patrick, Maria, die Barkeeper, der Chef alle unfassbar freundlich... das Essen fanden wir Sterne Niveau und viel zu viel:-) Zimmer und Wellness Bereich Top, es gibt immer dieses leckere Grander Wasser, viele Snacks, Äpfel...usw Ebikes sind ebenfalls kostenlos, Top Service 1000% Weiterempfehlen Vielen Dank für tolle, unvergessliche Tage 💕

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ist allerhöchste Klasse inkl. Dem Servicepersonal. Die Rezeption hat Verbesserungspotential. Alles in allem waren es ein paar erholsame Tage.

Wir waren das erste mal im Kristall und reisten Zufrieden und Erholt nach einer Woche ab. Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Turmsuite ist sehr schön,geräumig und mit dem Hund Ideal. Das Essen jeden Tag sehr fein, reichhaltig und man vermisste nie irgend etwas. Im ganzen Hotel ist das Personal sehr Freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist erste Klasse und die Behandlungen auch. Das Wellnesspersonal versteht seinen Job. Schon lange nicht mehr so tollle Behandlungen gehabt. Das Kristall ist top weiter zu empfehlen und es wird sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein. Herzlichen Dank an Adi Rieser und seinem ganzen Team

Ein entspannter, genussvoller und schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, sehr ruhig mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer geräumig, sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet. Das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich zuvorkommend, kompetent. Am Empfang , im Service , in der Hotel Bar, Reinigungskräfte ect. Das Essen , täglich ein absoluter Genuss , mit Geschmacks Explosionen. Vielseitigkeit, Wünsche werden möglich gemacht.

Ein Top gepflegtes Familienhotel mit bester Note 1** Angebote vom Wellness perfekt, ein Traum von einer Küche und das ganze Personal immer freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach herzlich Willkommen und das beginnt schon beim ankommen im Hotel.

Schönes, feines Hotel mit sensationeller Küche. Der Wellness - Bereich ist nett gestaltet ubd genügend gross. Für Wanderer ist ein Rucksack im Zimmer vorhanden. Schöne und ruhige Gegend die eine gute, geruhsame Zeit ermöglichen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen,wir werden wieder kommen. Personal, Essen, Hotel, Aktivitäten alles super. Zimmer sauber, ruhig. Der Saunameister war einmalig. Die sehr schön, wir hatten unser Auto nicht einmal gebraucht. Es ist eine Reise wert.
