ラ ロカンダ パラディーゾ(La Locanda Paradiso)

This hotel is a beautiful gem! My family and I visited the area for a wedding and needed somewhere near Perugia airport for one night. The hotel exceeded all expectations with the staff who are extremely hospitable, beautifully clean bedrooms and the option of choosing your own wine in the cellar. We will definitely be going back for longer.

This was such a cute place- three minute walk from the airport and the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend

We payed for a suite and we got a room for people with disabilities for the same price. They promised to give us something on the house for the money difference, b cause obviously the room we got was cheaper, but that didn’t happend. When we arrived, we’ve found out that actually our reservation was cancelled, even though the money were not returned into our account and one day before arrival, we received an email saying that our stay is guaranteed.

After a dreadful flight, where we were diverted to Pisa and had a three-and-a-half-hour coach trip to Perugia airport, we were directed by a very kind American lady called Andrea to this lovely hotel. The owner even came in her car to drive us the very short journey to the hotel because of my husband's mobility problems. The room offered was large and had every comfort, including a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. In the morning we could see the lovely setting. Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet with fresh coffee and tea. It made a really horrible travel experience into a great one.

This was our last night touring around Umbria. Great location for the airport. Lovely staff, nice pool, great food and wine. You wont find better elsewhere.....

Our flight was diverted and we were unsure when we would arrive. The owners were extremely responsive to messages and very kindly waited up until our arrival at 3am. We couldn’t be more grateful!

A really lovely place that I cannot recommend enough. I booked it because it was close enough to the airport for us to walk to after arriving at 9pm and then pop back to get the hire car next morning. As soon as I booked I had a lovely welcome message and that set the tone. We booked dinner and even though our flight was delayed an hour in the jubilee chaos, it wasn’t a problem. Perugia airport is tiny with infrequent flights so the location is quiet and lovely. Our rooms were modern, spotless and attractive, with lovely showers and really comfortable beds. We had breakfast the next morning and then chilled by the pool for a couple of hours. Although we were just passing through this would be a great location to base yourself for a holiday in Umbria and Tuscany. Thank you for a fabulous stay
