ミート ガルーダレイク ホステル(Ostello Meet Gardalake Hostel)

Very good hostel for lake Garda. Can walk to the train station and get a free shuttle to Movieland and Gardalake easily. Note the lockers need a metal padlock with a bit of bulk to them in order to lock, however, if yours don’t fit reception give out a free padlock with a €10 deposit

Really good Service and the rooms looked clean too. Some other guests were unlucky though and had bed bugs in their rooms. The WC in the room was clean, but the ones in the common areas weren't always. The included breakfast is OK. There is also a Social Dinner, a small Bar and the location is perfect.

The Hostel was perfect but Peschiera should work on a traffic concept to get cars out of the city to get more comfortable for tourists. Also very important: develop a concept for cycling routes.

Me and my friend have stayed in the meet hostel for a few nights and Matteo who was on reception was the single handed most excellent staff member I’ve ever met, he helped so much with everything and went above and behind to make sure me and my friend had the best time and was safe. I would recommend this hostel so much, it’s very clean, safe, friendly, the rooms are amazing, I honestly can’t think of a better place I’ve ever stayed and Matteo was amazing, I definitely recommend!!!!

This is a really well layer out hostel, nicely decorated with lots of outdoor areas including a terrace. This hostel has a lot of potential to be a great hostel however this is ruined by management/staff/rules. The roof top terrace is not used.

The hostel is a 10 minute walk from the station, and about 5 minutes from a great swimming spot. The hostel rooms were large and consisted of en-suite toilets and showers. Our 8 bed dorm was massive and even came with a balcony and drying rack for wet clothes/towels. The power outlets in some (not all) bunks were obstructed for larger adapters due to a shelve in the way. Another issue was the older bed frames which made a fair amount of noise when someone moved/tossed/turned in bed. The staff at the hostel were all lovely, and it was great to hear another Scottish voice after being away for so long! One staff member also saved us a massive trek with her knowledge of the rail network - massively appreciated! The only downside was at times the main area was understaffed relative to how many guests were present. The hostel offers all day luggage storage and showers after check-out, which is handy if you want to go for a swim. The hostel also offers free breakfast for hostelworld customers. For the price, and location, this hostel was very good. Just some minor issues away from being one of the best we’ve visited. P.S please change the playlist in the lobby

Clean and spacious hostel with roof terrace, garden and pleasant lobby. We were unlucky to have to go to the hospital a few times, but were very well helped by the fantastic staff. Thank you so much for all your effort! Greetings, Emma (Quito)

Mi sono chiesto come mai il personale addetto alla colazione non parlasse l'italiano? Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto, anche se abbiamo prenotato per un solo giorno. Da consigliare

Super viele Leute, die Lust auf Interaktion haben. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist nur leider nicht so gut mit Geräten ausgestattet.
