The room is small but clean.

Accueil impeccable, prise en charge rapide et efficace. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. 1ère nuit perturbée par travaux sur la voie donnant accès à l'établissement, mais l'hôtel n'est pas en cause par la gêne. Nous y reviendront sans problème.

Chose this hotel because of secure parking to protect my car and finished up damaging it when going over gate floor guides. The gate has been installed too high from the floor and there isn’t an appropriate ramp to smooth the crossing for a low vehicle like mine. So if you have a low ridding car (such as a BMW 6 series like mine) so not stay here. Room was tiny and you can literally hear everything next door as walls are made of “cardboard”, but it was clean and the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Over all I will not stay here again and I do not recommend, sorry to say.

One night in this Motel is enough, if I was staying any longer I'd want a proper hotel. It's quite dated, the bathroom floor sags as you walk on it, otherwise the actual room is clean, if not a little small, no electric sockets near the bed

Staff was great and helpful, good breakfast. - Bedroom decoration and furniture was looking very tired, in needs of refurbishment. The room seemingly was a smoking one and chemical / deodorant used to mask the odour made our stay almost unbearable.

Hôtel correct mais au niveau d'équipement très très limite. Produits manquants dans la chambre et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour. Chambre très sombre. Personnel accueillant et agréable.

Déception pour notre 1 er séjour chez Kiriad , la chambre ressemble a une cabane , même pas possible de tourner dans cette sois disant chambre , heureusement il n’y avait qu’une nuit et nous ne sommes pas trop gros . Plus de Kiriad pour nous , le prix 74 € pour une nuit couple et un chat qui ne savait pas ou se mettre . Par contre félicitations pour le petit déjeuner

Nous avions très apprécié l'hôtel Kyriad de Libourne, aussi avons nous opté pour un autre Kyriad en arrivant à Saintes. Le tarif était nettement inférieur mais du coup les prestations étaient au minima. Très bien accueillis par le gérant. Il a même accepté de mettre mon pain de glace dans son congélateur. Pas de restaurant au Kyriad. Nous avons pris un excellent dîner au restaurant " Tout simplement", à proximité. La mauvaise surprise, ce fut les 7 punaises de jardin qui occupaient notre chambre. Le gérant s'est excusé et nous a expliqué que ce n'était pas de son fait, c'est un phénomène normal à la campagne en cette saison. Sinon, très propre et calme. Bon petit déjeuner avant de prendre la route.

Hôtel propre et bien situé, petit déjeuner bien complet, chambre simple mais bien tenues, accueil agréable.
