Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

This spot was hella dope ! def on my top 5 in atx.. i’ll be back fashoooo !! the views, the space, the rooms, and location!! ONLY CON.. the check in process is and was a MF !!!! sheeeesh .. felt like i was boarding a flight lol

Great location, beautiful hotel, and such a fun vibe. 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved staying here! It was my first time in Austin, and the hotel is close to everything. You can drive or walk to different places. The beds were super comfortable! It was also cool to have a kitchenette inside the room, with glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, and utensils that are essential to us. Service is topnotch as well. The only downside is that their walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor talking and watching TV. I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, just in case!

I stay here because it is very close to the VA Clinic. I live more than a 100 miles from Austin so when I have an early morning appointment I stay here so I do not have to fight the early morning traffic in Austin. It is much easier to spend the night and then go to my appointment. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, very close to the VA clinic, nice staff and pricing fits my budget.

Requested ground floor got stuck on 2nd flr. Room was fine. AC worked, shower was hot.

チェックインは楽で、フロントのベロニカさんはとても感じがよかったです。部屋に入ると、床にこぼした水を拭いたせいで、白いトイレットペーパーが真っ黒になっていて、おまけに髪の毛まで付いていました。これらすべてが 1 平方フィート以内のことでした。ロビーに電話して、床はどのくらいの頻度でモップがけされているのか尋ねたところ、「毎日」と言われました。私が見たことと違うことを話すと、部屋を変えたいかと聞かれたので、「はい」と答えました。新しい鍵を取りに行ったとき、丸めたトイレットペーパーを持って行ったところ、彼女はそれを写真に撮ってからゴミ箱に捨てました。メインロビーから出た廊下には、とても大きくて明るい自動販売機が 2 台あり、製氷機は正常に作動していて、氷はきれいでしっかりと凍っていました。 新しい部屋の床が汚れているかどうかを確認するには疲れすぎていると判断し、裸足で床を歩くことは絶対にやめました。デイマネージャーのマリさんはとても親切で、サイドテーブルの魔法瓶から注いだコーヒーは熱々でした。お湯とティーバッグも用意されています。甘くて甘いものが嫌いな方は、天然の砂糖をご持参ください。 私はハウスキーピングの責任者に偶然会い、最初の部屋の床がひどく汚れていることを話しました。そこで、ナイトマネージャーがトイレットペーパーに私がこぼしたものを写真に撮っていて、彼女がそれを見せてくれると言ってくれたことを伝えました。後で知ったのですが、メイラが実際にそうしていたそうです。細かいところまで気を配ってくれました。部屋のリモコンやテレビなどすべて正常に機能し、電子レンジはピカピカで新品のように見えました。好奇心旺盛な子供を連れて旅行する家族のために、子供用のロックまで付いていて、「NO」の意味をまだ理解していない😵💫。冷蔵庫もピカピカで新品のようでした。WiFiは強力で信頼性がありました。プールのそばを歩きましたが、閉まっていることに気づきました（この時期なら仕方ないですね！）。水がいっぱいでしたが、ルイジアナの沼地と同じような感じで、いつ暗くてぬるぬるした階段をワニが登ってくるか覚悟していました。😆 夜の駐車場はホテル全体がとても明るく照らされていて、とてもありがたい光景です！ 州間高速道路のすぐそばなので、歩いて行けるほど面白い場所はありませんが、ラマー/ランデバーグ通りをランデバーグ通りをまっすぐ7マイル行ったところに素晴らしい食料品店（HEB）があります。それ以外にも、ホテルの正面から数メートルのところや通りの向かい側には、南米の「料理」を売っているフードトラックがたくさんあります。私はどれも試していないので、意見は言えません。 ここまで読んでくださった方、この記事が価値あるものであったことを願っています！乾杯！🥂

優れた宿泊施設で非常に便利です。プロセスは誰にとっても迅速かつ効率的であり、この場所に戻ることを頻繁に再検討します。
