The breakfasts are phenomenal, served honeycrisp apples when we stayed and had very nice food besides, the pool and lobby area are charming and well kept. Receptionist and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, and relaxing. Only complaint was the bed could be a bit softer! Would definitely recommend the Apple Tree Inn for stays in Petoskey.

This was a last minute plan to stay overnight, so I figured the front desk would match the ******* rate. She was unable to do that, so I literally stood in front of her and booked the hotel room via *******. I went to my room through the outdate dingy hotel to find a room that was just as outdated so much so that it appeared dirty. The shower faucet was corroded. I could hear the gentlemen snoring in the next room. The patio door was unlocked when I arrived. I almost was too creeped out to shower but I did after a long day. I was more than glad to get out of that hotel as soon as possible. Next time I'll pay the extra bucks for the Hampton across the street. Gross!

Nice hotel and good location. Rooms and furniture are a little run down but nothing too bad. Staff excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The limo ride is very cool too!

Had a jacuzzi room... Need to make sure housekeepers clean the jets in the tub. Also get a carpet cleaner to remove stains from the floor.

Had a good experience. Very clean. Had an end room and it was large and comfortable with two arm chairs and a table. Bathroom could be updated but it was clean and functional. Breakfast was ok. Convenient location.

We had a Suite. It was perfect for the four of us. There was a small patio also. Beautiful view! Shopping was so close by. Limo to take us to dinner and the ******. What a wonderful 54th Anniversary we had!! Played cards in the evening in our room.

The hotel is in a good location and it's easy to get downtown. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. It's a typical Best Western-no frills but a solid place to stay

Facility was short staffed. They mentioned it more than once. Hot water in shower took about 5 minutes to heat up. Light on balcony was super bright even with curtains closed
