ニュー シーズン ホテル(New Season Hotel)

My family and I really like this hotel. Comfortable hotel, newly renovated, affordable price. Parking is also available, you just have to walk a little to get to the hotel lobby. I'm just disappointed because no iron is provided. The location is also strategic, convenient and not far from interesting areas.

It’s value for money. Centrally located and mostly walking distance, especially to Lee Gardens Mall/night markets, as well as to Kim Yong market. Lots of eateries near the hotel. Staff was polite. Hotel reopened after major renovations, hence very clean. There is no need to have food in the hotel as lots of eateries around. Would strongly recommend this Hotel.

New renovated hotel looks beautiful and clean- but the sound proof isn’t that good , can easily the voice outside of the room when ppl passed by . Good location .

Overall is okay because we just stayed one night.

I recently stayed at New Season Hotel in Hat Yai for a night, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to many attractions in the area. However, I was disappointed with the service provided during my stay. Despite multiple requests, it took over 3 hours to receive shower towels, which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I had to call the front desk at least 4-5 times to follow up on the request, which was frustrating and time-consuming. While the location of New Season Hotel is commendable, the slow service was a significant drawback. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency to provide a better experience for guests in the future

Room : clean and new room. got bathtub inside. no toothbrush set. however bedding nice and aircond functioning well. got elevator and massage service. Using smart TV but failed to connect with hotel wifi. wifi also slow. massage : oil massage for 400 THB . but I get quite sloppy masseur. she tilt my head roughly. and wiping my body harshly . but her hand so strong and she know where she should focus to lessen my tense muscle. staff wise so nice. they let us put our luggage in their hotel because we arrived early. so we can roam around comfortably.

New season hotel is my only hotel I book when ever visit Hatyai , everything is great from lobby staff to the housekeeping

To be very honest word here This hotel was nothing to hesitate . Staff there very friendly and also help me decorate my room . Bcoz I celebrate my honey moon there
