Its cute for a boutique hotel. This is our third or fourth time here. Staff is pleasant but they look like they are a little tired. Restaurant and bar are nice, but drafty during the winter.

I stayed for over a week and had a very good experience! The rooms are small, but the service is very good (there was always somebody at the front desk to help), and the hotel seems clean. Excellent water pressure and hot water availability, and there are microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms. The gym has a full set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs as well as a bench and some treadmills. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's better than most hotel breakfasts for sure. Location is also really good - easily walkable to many restaurants and sites, and right across from the Academy of Music and Kimmel Center. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff and front desk are amazing; front desk are attentive, relaxed, helpful and kind. No stress environment. Reataurant is five stars. Great service all around. Beautiful space.

The personnel at the front desk are welcoming and super helpful. The bedroom is small (10 ft by 12 ft) but adequate. The bathroom area is larger than expected. We had a corner room and this may have affected the bathroom size. Rooms are very clean. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of foods - cereals, eggs, turkey sausage paddies, pork links, yogurt, breads. The only thing missing was Belgin waffles. The valet parking is expensive ($66 per day). We used the at-grade lot about 50 yards away for about $33 per 24 hours. The dinners at the restaurant were good and convenient. The hotel is a good value for the area.

Excellent facility and location. One elevator working, the other not, is the only drawback.

Not good. No heat at all in room 602. Finally moved to room 609 which was difficult to move in the room. Death trap in case of an emergency. Could not walk from one bed past the television to the next bed. Refrigerator made loud noise and leaked. Had to unplug. Room smelled really bad. Poor ventilation. Only 1 elevator worked. I was in a wheelchair. Desk never answered phone. Heat kept turning off as did the television. No safe. Noise came through walls and floor. Creepy!

Perfect for what I needed. In the city for business, this stay was safe, clean, & convenient

I was in the. Ity for Philadelphia marathon weekend and upon arival check in was a breeze. Room smelled good and was neat and clean. My stay overall was great. The only flaw was that housekeeping didnt believe in lining trashcans or providing them. It was kinda annoying but otherwise it was a great hotel. Breakfast and gym were good too.

The service was second to none. Each team member/employee was friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I didn't care for was the oder of the cleaning products that the hotel uses. I didn't need housekeeping services throughout my stay, although they were offered, so the oder dissipated after a day and a half, and didn't return.
