This was the perfect stay, will definitely remember this place for future visits.

Right around the corner from Underground Arts which is why we came! Super easy to get a train from the airport to the hotel. Got off at Jefferson Station and it put us right by Reading Terminal Market. They have loads of dining and shopping there and is about a 10 min walk to the hotel. The room is nice, quiet, and clean. Highly recommend for a short visit.

The room was spacious, clean with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. No hassle check in and check out. Truly enjoyed my short stay and hope to be back sometime soon!

This was a true oasis for my daughter and myself. Moving her into an apar**ent from out of town and none of her stuff had arrived, we found comfort and a good night’s sleep for a very reasonable price . Thank you!

I liked the easy check in and the luggage storage after check-out if you are staying in the city the rest of the day. Well kept facilities and a great breakfast restaurant a short distance away. We will definitively stay here again later this fall.

property fine but stated that would send access information 48 hours before arrival. Actual time was about 5 hours before arrival, leading to some concern that it would not be sent at all. A few yeas ago had arranged a rental in another city in an apar**ent but could not even find the property and had to make other arrangements at the last minute, which was awkward.

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Such a great location with so many walkable options nearby. The building is so clear and the room has everything that you need. The communication was great. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was ok and I was hoping for more. The use of a kitchenette and a fridge and microwave was a good thing to have. As well as the accommodations for extra towels and the use of the laundry room was helpful. But other than that, there is room for improvement. For one, the communication with the virtual staff on some of my requests was slow and they didn't seem to double check the emails used from ********** was entered in correctly on their end, hence a delay on receiving my hotel access information and storage information. Two, Room needs some other amenities such as a radio alarm clock and a monitor/ TV at least for the guest to use during the down time we may have during our visit and to drown out or use as ambient room noise. Also Three, even although hotel has a noise policy, it seems useless if I can still hear all the water pipes and furniture moving (chairs and doors closing) throughout the visit (day and night) due to the lack of insulation of the pipes and walls as well as the exposure of the pipes and ceiling. Felt concern that the ceiling or exposed pipes will leak on me every time the unit above me flushed or showered and can't really make stink about it as I'm visiting. A guest should be able to rest and enjoy their visit without being disturbed by fellow neighbors. Also cleaning staff could do a bit better. Upon turning over my sheeting for bed on day 1, found a long strand of hair on the sheets I also was not expecting exposed cemented floors

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Kestrel! It is close to the metro station and therefore very close to everything downtown. We were able to completely navigate the downtown area quite easily without a car. It's also walking distance to Reading Terminal Market, Macy's, and City Hall. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
