ハンプトン イン フェニックス / アンセム(Hampton Inn Phoenix/Anthem)

This was a suprisingly noce hotel. The staff are fantastic: polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have are that the beds are too soft and the toilets are way too tall. But otherwise, a nice hotel.

We stayed in this hotel on previous visits to AZ to visit family. On previous stays we couldn't say enough about the great service an accommodations. This trip was different the room was nice and so was the staff but there was no room service. I even asked the desk to put us in for service and they didn't come by. I was forced to stop at the desk each time we wanted fresh towels. I have never experienced this lack of service before but maybe it had something to do with how I booked. On previous occasions I booked using the Hilton Honors App. In this instance we booked using **********. On all other areas the hotel excelled, we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning and the staff professional.

We stayed several days here. Comfortable but not outstanding. Good coffee and breakfast. Clean … fresh towels when I asked for them. Bed was maybe a little worn down. Overall satisfactory.

Your public bathrooms do not have seat covers. Totally unsanitary. Your breakfast was awful. Potatoes dry, eggs had no flavor.

We were only there for one night. We arrived late, and they had problems with there internet, so they had difficulty checking us in. the receptionist made us feel that it was our problem, even if we had prepaid. She was a bit rude. We slept well, the room was nice, and the breakfast was very good. A good variety.

It isnobvious the stagf are well trained and pay attention to small details. That makes a positive difference.

It was just a dated hotel. I actually had TV remotes from the 1980s that were better. It was clean, had a good staff, and there was not excessive noise. It wasn't a good value for the money compared to the many other Hamptons that I had stayed in.

Thus Hampton really surprised us. Greaat place to stay if you're running the Black Canyon 100k!!!
