The service of this resort is pathetic. They do not offer toiletries in the bathroom. Moreover they do not allow outside food in the resort. If you wish to get a vegetarian or special food from outside then they are charging service fees of VND 100,000 per person. This is a very insulting treatment for guests. They only give two small water bottles on the first day. For all other days of stay they will charge for water bottles. This looks so cheap and completely unprofessional. They do not even offer a bell or service to take your luggage to your room during check-in and take luggage from the room to the reception during check-out. I have never seen this kind of worst service in any other hotel in the whole of vietnam. I will never stay again at this resort. I paid the highest charges for the one and only "Beachfront villa" - it is the only one villa which is exactly on the beach. It costs so high. The location is great. But the service standards are completely pathetic.

What's fun! you buy food outside and require our staff at restaurant treat you like a distinguished guests ( reheat your food , take out your food on the plastic bag, serving food in the bowl,... ) . You think we are wrong and lack of experience when we don't agree guest bring outside food go to our restaurant and you're super right person because you bring outside food into restaurant and don't agree charge service fee, maybe you are not a business man. We think It's a normal policy all the world. Many staffs try to explain you, If you are a pure vegetarian we have menu for vegetarian, on case you don't like , you can order food outside and use at your room. Amazing location just on the beach.
We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries.
The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property.
The location is 10/10. Just on the beach. Check photos.
They have a nice Beachfront restaurant serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food prepared in the Vietnamese style.
Room service standards are below average.
We are 100% vegetarian. So we ordered our food from outside and went to the hotel restaurant to eat our food.
It was highly surprising and sad that hotel management denied us to sit in the restaurant as we ordered food from outside. It was utterly surprising and sad for us.
They asked for an additional VND 100,000 per person to sit in the restaurant. This was ridiculous. We never faced such humiliation at any other hotel in vietnam.
Hotel management must improve their standards

We stayed in a bungalow, and overall, it was fine. However, the bungalows could definitely use some refreshing. This wasn’t the main issue, though. The biggest problem is the road leading to the hotel. There isn’t a single light along the way, which makes it genuinely dangerous—you could easily twist your ankle or fall. Of course, using a phone light works, and that’s what we did, but adding a couple of lights along the road would be a much better solution.
It’s unclear whether this road is the responsibility of the hotel or the local authorities, but for guests, it doesn’t really matter. The lights just need to be there.
Aside from this, everything else was great—the location is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing place. Extremely Relaxing atmosphere. Great location, near plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom and shower are separate, very convenient. Would definitely book again. Happy to recommend.
Отдыхали в бунгало №3 . Все просто супер. Сидишь на крыльце и слышно море. Ресторан вкусно,но порции не большие (цены норм),но самое главное это вид на море ,😀.
Пляж конечно у отеля так себе,но можно пройти 10 минут и будет норм пляж (ходили налево).
Жаль что не смогли продлить бунгало до конца поездки.
Из минусов- вода в раковине плохо уходит.
И хотелось бы сетку на окно , чтобы можно было спокойно оставлять открытым.

Отличное расположение, удобно то, что есть выход к морю. Неухоженный старый номер, старые лежаки на пляже, уборка посредственная. Огромный плюс - аренда мотобайка. Завтрак не шведский стол. Девушка на администратор просто молодец.

Не плохой отель за свои деньги, единственное, что достаточно ветхая мебель, дверная ручка отваливалась, и завтрак, что включён в стоимость это яичница с беконом и кофе.
