Room was spacious and clean. Quiet surroundings with a good view. Suitable for patrons who are comfortable with stairs, as well as travelling out for food and amenities.

Communication en anglais très difficile, équipements vieillissants, clim bruyante, propreté limite (dont piscine individuelle non baignable), environnement et déco froide, nombre de marches conséquent quand on est en bas, à 30 min de taxi du centre de Phuket ... Par contre resto de plage sympa à 200 m

Great views, polite and attentive staff (Donald especially, thank you), great access to the beach and a pool in the room. It’s not right in the center of Phuket which means that it’s a little drive to all restaurants/attractions but, on the plus side, it feels very private.

Un endroit incroyable, les suites sont d'une très haute qualité et apportent tout le confort nécessaire pour y vivre pendant une courte comme une longue période ! La décoration est élégante et raffinée, combinant à la perfection modernité et touches traditionnelles. La vue est magnifique, s'étendant sur des kilomètres de paysages pittoresques, et la piscine privée apporte un cachet indéniable aux suites. C'est un plaisir de s'y détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours disponible, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous, anticipant nos besoins et répondant à toutes nos questions avec professionnalisme et une grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, savourant chaque instant dans ce cadre de rêve. L'atmosphère paisible, le confort des suites et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel ont fait de notre visite une expérience mémorable. Nous recommandons totalement cet endroit, que vous cherchiez une escapade de luxe ou un lieu pour vous ressourcer. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

We have just landed back to the UK after an incredible 14 night stay at X10. This was a very belated (due to Covid scuppering previous plans!) 20th wedding anniversary getaway, and we were absolutely not disappointed! From the moment we walked into room 42 we knew we were going to have an amazing time. The views and sunset every night were truly breathtaking! Sajal and Kung were exceptional.. they advised on places to visit during our first time in Thailand, and organised the booking and travel arrangements so everything was stress free. The whole complex was spotless, and restaurants/mini supermarket was only a short walk away. We were very sad to leave… and will definitely be retiring in the near future. We loved our stay here! It’s small and quiet yet convenient. There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience store, places to get a massage, etc. within a quick walk. We especially loved to seafood restaurant around the bend (Au Yon Seaside Restaurant) and going to the hotel to the right (called My Beach Hotel) for breakfast. Its easy to get a taxi to nearby areas and hotel staff is very friendly. Pool was nice but there are only a few chairs which were often taken. Luckily we had our own small pool on our patio, which was a little outdated but we welcomed the privacy. The beach is beautiful and sunsets here are amazing, but the ocean floor is rocky so i wouldn’t recommend swimming. Be sure not to leave food out on the counters as they will draw ants, it’s in the middle of the forest!
