There were guests chatting, drinking, putting the music on speaker loud enough to wake people in the 30-meter radius up, AT 2AM. The hotel staff did not pay attention to such disturbing behavior, which is nit professional at all.
On our last day staying at the hotel, the front desk called up 3 times before the checkout time despite the fact that they saw up rushing back to the hotel in the heavy rain and it’s reasonable for soaked people to get showered. We gotta run out of the shower to pick up the phone to say “yes im checking out” three times and begging them to give us 20 more minutes to get dried, which was of course not satisfied by the staff, as one of them was ringing the doorbell nonstop once it hit 12pm. It’s hard to understand why this hotel is in such a hurry to kick guests out. Do they need the full afternoon to clean the room up? Cuz we waited half an hour when we arrived at the hotel and got our room key at 4pm.
I don’t recommend this hotel as their staff are of little empathy and the hotel policy is rigid. There are better options around the area.
