Our warm and cosy hotel in the centre of Koli village is a haven for active holidaymakers and curious adventurers where you can enjoy free WiFi - generous buffet breakfast which is included in the room price - hotel saunas as well as delicious food in the hotel restaurant. The walking and hiking trails into Koli National Park start from our hotel. Lake Pielinen and the peaks of Koli are only a short distance away. Skiing tracks - hiking paths - the lake - ice swimming - hills - Koli offers endless opportunities for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Rental equipment for activities is available for rent from our hotel and ski equipment from the nearby Ukko-Koli ski resort - there is plenty to do and see to suit any inspiration. The hotel also has a luxury sauna on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside views. A large outside solar panel field is located next to the hotel.
The hotel is a gateway to Koli National Park which is one of Finlands most popular visitor destinations. And no wonder. The National Park offers plenty of activities and nature adventures around Lake Pielinen and the iconic views from the peaks of Koli. ホテルはTrip.comで予約しました。ホテルの予約には支払いが行われていますが、チェックインの際、フロントデスクのマネージャーは支払い記録が見つからないと言いました。すぐに Trip.com にアクセスしたところ、すぐに返信があり、サポートを受けられました。実際に支払いはホテル側に送金されたが、マネージャーは記録が見つからないと言い続けた。フロントで30分ほど立って過ごした後、チェックインを許可されます。マネージャーは明らかに有能でも礼儀正しくもありませんでした。彼女は国際的に物事に対処する方法を学ぶ必要があるのは間違いありません。彼女は全く謝りませんでした。

Lovely hotel. Everything new, fresh and clean. Beautiful, quite small rooms, but the combination of two rooms very nice for a bigger family (6 of us) Good breakfast but the queuing didn’t work when there was more people, so some improvement needed in that area.

Oli oikein mukava hotelli, varsinkin, kun oli koira mukana, niin se oli huomioitu erillisellä pyyhkellä, ruokakupilla ja "yllätyspussilla". Ainut puute oli koirien puisto, mille olisi ollut kyllä tarvetta.
Aamupalajärjestelyt olivat todella surkeat. "Käytävän" puolesta välistä lähti kaksi linjastoa, joissa ei oltu kyllä käytetty juurikaan järkeä. Jos lähdit esim oikealle, niin siellä oli mm. leivät ja levitteet. Leivänpäälliset taas olivat vasemmalla linjastolla, jossa taas jouduit menemään takaisin puoleenväliin odottamaan pääsyä vasemmalle linjastolle. Kahvikone oli laitettu vasemman linjaston loppuun, jolloin TAAS pääsi jonottamaan, mikäli kädet oli täynnä.
