Super 8 by Wyndham Pigeon Forge Downtown

Hotel is awful,the bed sheet is thinner than a curtain there’s a gap between the door and the wall causing you to constantly hear noise from in and around the hotel. Constant noise from traffic. Woke up at 3am due to the bin truck coming into the hotel car park making a load of noise and didn’t get back to sleep after because of the constant noise. Had to check out of the place at 5am so I could get to the next place and actually sleep before doing anything else. Do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very affordable hotel within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Clean! Safe! On-site parking! There was a pool, but it’s outside. There is a working elevator or stairs to use.

I booked this hotel thinking it was one we stayed in last summer, and I was wrong. The rooms are small and dimly lit. The beds are on a metal frame that squeaked loudly anytime you rolled over, or made any slight movement in the bed. The hotel is listed as non-smoking and there is even a warning about being charged if you smoke, but our sheets and the comforter had cigarette burns on them, two small holes in the sheets, and one large one on the bedspread. The room smelled musty. There is no housekeeping (which I don't mind that), the reason is COVID (can we get past this?), to get clean towels and washcloths, you had to sit your dirty ones outside the door in the morning. I missed this at check-in, so when we went to obtain more, the lady at the desk pointed this out, kind of rudely and was hesitant to give me fresh ones. The entire place smelled of **** the entire time we were there. You get a lot of road noise at this hotel, which can't be helped by the staff, but wanted to point this out if you are a light sleeper. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, close to many things, and the staff was wonderful. The only recommendation I have, is they should get thicker bedspreads and fluffier pillows. The bedspread was very thin and would hardly stay on the bed. Other than that, I would stay here again!

I stay here a lot. It’s always clean. The staff is super friendly and the price is great. I’ll keep coming back.

Great location. The staff was kind and efficient but the beds were hard and structure was loud. If they replaced their beds it would be a great place.

I was impressed with the room. It was very clean and everything looked fresh and new. My only complaint is there was no closet or place to hang clothes.

The front desk young lady , whom check us in that night was excellent. Very patient and friendly. The most difficult part was the one way traffic with very little traffic lights. I love the street itself, it had so much to see

Too noisy. We stayed in 201 we barely slept due to outside noise. Cars, abulace, alarms, highway and courtins did not closed completely so it was verry bright. A/C was so noisy that every time started again, we woke up. Outside, the rails were rusty and chipped. Outside floor was dirty. Room was big, spacious and clean. Had a nice TV and mini fridge. Check in was super nice and easy. Overall, if you get a room that does not face the parking lot, should be a nice experience.
