ザ・ウェイバック、ピジョンフォージ、アトリビュートポートフォリオホテル(The Wayback, Pigeon Forge, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel)

Not happy with Wayback, checked my Credit card on line and I was charged by them a $250 charge for an deposit!!! I was not informed of this. We will not be staying there anymore. They said my money would be given 3-5 days to get it back. Never had to do this with any of the other motels we have went thru on Hotels. Com. They are not going to get a good review from me.

I packed food that could be warmed up for my 1yo because online it says rooms have microwave, they did not have one. TVs working were hit or miss, bed felt like you were laying on bags of concrete. Rooms weren’t very clean. My 1yo kept finding other people’s trash on the floor around the beds.

I liked the hotel. The only issue I had was the first night they had no heated domes working or the heaters working outside like it was supposed to the second night only had one working and it was occupied they had 4 but only one running and the heaters still didn’t work. They were nice and apologetic but it should of been up and running. Other than that everything was good. Beds are comfortable rooms are really nice! The bathroom is huge and shower huge. Our tiolet clogged and they quickly fixed every one was really nice. Warning drinks are expensive coffee was $4 dollars and not that good. And when we first got there. Was hairs in the bathroom was a big no for me

Overall we had a great stay at The Wayback. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open due to staff shortage. However, the complimentary drinks were great. The bartender was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is very cute and 70s vibe. The heated pool and hot tub was the best addition. Not to mention the cabanas and igloos to hang out in while it’s cold and rainy. I will definitely be bringing my family back here. Oh and the drinks were amazing!! Great people and place

Wayback is a promising property but it needs more capital investment to make it a seamless property. Room doors needs attention, housekeeping needs more professional service, lobby and restaurant was very good . I highly recommend the restaurant and the lobby bar including a team of very efficient front desk staff. Pool area is equally nice and heated. Rooms are nice and very current and stylish. Location is in the middle of the action . Wish Uber is more realible.

Started off with the room not being clean after checking us in. Left and came back 3 hours later to feces on the bed. They changed sheets and promised to comp the entire stay. And scheduled a deep clean for the next day. The next day we left for 5 hours and no deep clean was done and the housekeeping actually left dirty dishes in the room. The keurig didn’t work as well. The keurig was replaced. The house keeper acted like she didn’t know it was supposed to be deep cleaned. Even after all that, the hotel fought with us to be refunded. But eventually did.

Great choice to stay here! Everything was beyond what expected. 10/10 recommend. Felt homey and peaceful. Only downfall was no free breakfast:(

This is quickly becoming our favorite place to stay while in Pigeon Forge. Location is perfect. Cleanliness is great. The staff is all around wonderful. Nicole, the awesome bartender/barista has made some incredible lattes for us each stay and we cant wait to make another trip soon!
