バケーション ロッジ(Vacation Lodge)

Failed to clean the room after a second night. Pool area was nice but had to walk outside to get to the pool. Also no towels were located in the pool. Had to walk back to front desk to get towels and return them to front desk. This was very inconvenient as the front desk is quite a walk from the pool.

The pool was nice. Our room was also in a good location with a really nice fire pit outside. We had to ask for clean towels everyday, the floors were not very clean from the start and they only take your dirty towels and trash during your stay. Overall it was a good stay.

We ALWAYS enjoy staying with Vacation Lodge. The older building and the new building. The breakfast is AWESOME! The same lady has been cooking the breakfast and preparing it for 17 years now.

The hotel check in persons were great and friendly! Our room was a little worn and needed a fresh cleaning. The bathroom door was dirty with water spots, tooth paste splatter and large white blotches (we didn't know what it was). There door jams and molding was dirty. The panels (the white ones) that surround the room were dirty. The floors were cleaned with pine sol that overtook the room and needed to be aired out to stay in the room. The beds were comfy and clean. The furniture was outdated and needed a good wood cleaner. Our phone did not work in our room and the hot water was constantly going in and out during the shower. The hot tub had way to much chlorine and you could see it when the jets were turned on. The foam would be two inches thick in the hot tub. You could also feel the granules from the chlorine on the bottom of the hot tub. The staff was nice especially the cleaning guys. They would always say hello and want to help you. The lady that served breakfast seemed like we were bothering her. She seemed annoyed at our presence in the morning. Overall this is an older hotel that is cheap. They appreciate their guests (some of them) but need major rennovations to keep up with other hotels.

Our shower was not usable. There was only two options, scalding hot and freezing cold. Comforter on bed was torn and stained. Phone in room did not work.

It’s the second time my family and I stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it each time! Kids love the indoor pool and the breakfast is great!

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Large rooms, SUPER clean. Comfortable beds. Only minor complaints I have would be renovations were being done on the rooms next to us, and they started early in the morning, which left us unable to sleep in. There was also a lot of equipment and tools all over in front of our walkway.I would've liked to have had a room farther from the ongoing renovations. Had to pay to use the ice machine (50 cents to fill the ice bucket), which was odd to me.

Got the Junior Suite in the newer addition, room was great and clean. I would suggest another heating unit for the other side of the room. But that's really the only complaint. Checking in was easy and staff was great!

It was an average stay. Was there 5 nights and the floors were never swept during my stay. No Ice machine on the floor where I stayed. Sign for hot tub stated weekend hours open til 10:00 PM but was told that didn’t include Sunday. Also was made to get out of the hot tub on Tuesday at 8:00 PM because there was not enough people there to keep it open til 9:00 PM. Then on Wednesday we went to get in the pool and hot tub both had been drained for maintenance. No one ever mentioned this to us. Very disappointed
