The check in was easy and the desk person was awesome. The property is close to everything and has trolley pick up. Room was clean and modern with all tha amenities quoted in the listing.

Overall clean…ish Towels smelled like cigarette smoke Bathtub was a little dirty with some hair Over all would stay here again the room itself was clean and bed were neat

We love staying at this hotel. It is very clean, the price is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. The manager, Deepa, is the sweetest person and will help you with anything you need. We have never had a bad experience here.

Our room was full of cockroaches. The floor was filthy when we entered with small metal shavings on the ground that were sharp. The people were very nice but the hotel needed fumigation and deep cleaning with more consistent housekeeping.

This was a fantastic stay at a budget price. Everyone in the office was super friendly. Checking in was easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area

A lot of the reviews that are negative say the place is dirty and there are bed bugs. My hotel room was very clean. I saw no sign of anything dirty. The room was perfect. The only thing that could have been different in the room is a clothing rod to hang clothes in the closet. Check-in is a little bit different than most hotels. Checkin is supposed to be at 4:00. Show up at 4:30 to save yourself a wait. Thank you for the very nice stay!

It's right next to Dollywood Lane which takes you to Dollywood. It is on the main thoroughfare through Pigeon Forge but more on the quieter end. It has recently undergone renovation. It is your basic motel.

I had a great experience with this motel. When I checked in the staff was very friendly and courteous. They made me feel very welcomed. My room had all amenities I needed. When I walked in the room smelled so fresh and clean. Everyday fresh towels, etc were replenished. I never had to ask.They did their jobs well. You can tell the rooms had been updated some time in the last few years. I really liked that the floors were the laminate wood look. It feels so much cleaner than carpet. The walls painted and furniture upgraded.The beds were comfortable Also the property has 24 hour surveillance for the parking lot which is a nice safety feature. I never felt uncomfortable with my surroundings. Parking was convenient and I never had to park too far from my room. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone that wants a nice, clean and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price for this area. It's right on the main ***** of Pigeon Forge.

Everything was really wonderful, the beds were just loud (on metal with springs) and uncomfortable, but that comes down to our personal preference.
