First room smelt like cigarette smoke, so bad it would knock you down… asked to move rooms and they said they would come spray it with air freshener, we told them kindly that we would just like a new room and they shewed like it was our fault. Won’t be going back.

Great stay everytime. Excellent rooms, clean. Great customer service. Deepe is the best. Want be disappointed by no means. Excellent beds

I'll start with the not so good. TV: picture felt like pre-cable days. TV remote: had to be perfectly aimed for it to work. Shower: ginormous leak took most of the power from the shower. Also took water a solid 3 minutes to get hot. Stayed cool to lukewarm, then suddenly flipped to scalding. Blanket: the one blanket on the bed was little more than a glorified bedsheet. Mind you, I readily understand the above are first world problems. Now to the good: Front desk persons were super nice. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. Ample parking. Room is clean. Close to just about everything the area has to offer. Inexpensive. For us, the good outweighed the not so good. We would definitely stay here again. We may bring our own blankets, but we'd stay again.

The check in was easy and the desk person was awesome. The property is close to everything and has trolley pick up. Room was clean and modern with all tha amenities quoted in the listing.

We love staying at this hotel. It is very clean, the price is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. The manager, Deepa, is the sweetest person and will help you with anything you need. We have never had a bad experience here.

Our room was full of cockroaches. The floor was filthy when we entered with small metal shavings on the ground that were sharp. The people were very nice but the hotel needed fumigation and deep cleaning with more consistent housekeeping.

This was a fantastic stay at a budget price. Everyone in the office was super friendly. Checking in was easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area

A lot of the reviews that are negative say the place is dirty and there are bed bugs. My hotel room was very clean. I saw no sign of anything dirty. The room was perfect. The only thing that could have been different in the room is a clothing rod to hang clothes in the closet. Check-in is a little bit different than most hotels. Checkin is supposed to be at 4:00. Show up at 4:30 to save yourself a wait. Thank you for the very nice stay!
