ラウンドハウス リゾート バイ VRI アメリカズ(Roundhouse Resort, a VRI Resort)

We got difficulties at checking in. Communication between their systems needs to improve.

We usually stay in the cabins at the other resort on this same property, but booked a one-bedroom here by mistake. Overall, our stay was pleasant. However, due to the multiple huge spiders that greeted us as soon as we entered and the fact that the mattresses were some of the worst we have ever slept on, we won't be back. Even my kids woke sore and said they were uncomfortable all night and couldn't wait to get home. Staff is really nice, but we don't see the point in staying somewhere that we can't sleep or get any rest at.

Very nice place, great location for the bike race I was in town for. Would have been nice if the hot tub was functional.

A lot of the things advertised were not available. They told me just because ********** advertised that doesn’t have to fulfill it. We did not receive the room we expected, the room was dirty, dead bugs in the. Iiving room, hair in the bathroom, my wife had to clean the floor. Some of the facilities for recreational used were closed because they were broken. Wi-Fi did not work, they told us it hadn’t worked for 2 months. They no longer offer breakfast as advertised on *********

We stay at the Roundhouse Resort every year and will stay there again next year.

As always, great amenities and excellent entertainment. Jill was great and was awesome to insure we had a great time. Friendly staff and property was on excellent shape. Will definitely stay again.

It was a nice room. The bed was a little uncomfortable the tv didn’t work and we did not have coffee in the room only one Folgers pack and several times we went to call or visit the desk to inquire about tv or coffee no one was there.

I give it a 9/10. The only thing I would have a complaint about is the hide-a-bed, it was terrible, but the master King bed was excellent. The amenities were fun, the kids played horseshoes and mini golf, and we all played pickle ball for the first time, we laughed for an hour straight. The location was nice, and quiet. We’ll definitely always check for availability in the future.

Our room was very clean. We had no issues while staying for 3 nights. Having a full sized kitchen made it seem almost like home. With large bedroom and plenty of quilts for the bed. My only complaint was the mattress was very hard
