Stayed here end Sept 2022. Ideally located. Hasn't great frontage but inside is warm and welcoming. A little dated. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff with excellent English. I'd highly recommend this little jewel for its easy access to visit tuscany by train.
The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.
We booked due to our flight landing in Pisa Airport quite late at night, however beware although this appears close to the airport on the map, you *need* to get a taxi there - it's not walkable. Taxis at Pisa Airport were not easy to come by. Once there, the hotel was fine for a single night with a good breakfast.
We stayed in Pisa for one night. The communication with the hotel was excellent even though I reserved the room just a few minutes before arriving. The staff was wonderful, both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. Based on the Staff's recommendation we found also a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast was very nice, good quality local products, the check-in and out process was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
My partner and I stayed her in September to visit Pisa before travelling on to Florence. We arrived at 10am in the morning where we were greeted at reception. The staff here were so helpful, we were offered a list of restaurants and eateries in the area as well as a map with areas of interest pointed out. Basically giving you all info you needed in order to enjoy the city. Our room wasn't ready however we were given somewhere to freshen up, we were also given the keys meaning we didn't need to worry about what time we came back. We left our bags and went out for the day. In the afternoon we received a text to say our room was ready. We returned at 5pm to Suite 4. Our room was very clean and spacious, the shower was huge along with the rest of the bathroom. We enjoyed the large bath in the room as well. The bed was comfy and we were woken to breakfast delivered at 8:30am we ate this while enjoying the view. As mentioned we were travelling to Florence the next day and the hotel is a short walk to the train station, you are also round the corner from the main street. Stay here if you are visiting Pisa, i know we will next time.
This is a great place with a very welcoming and informative host. I arrived quite late and was given really detailed instructions about getting in. It’s perfectly located between the airport and the train station (about 10-15 minutes to each). It takes about 35-40 minutes to get to the tower. Shared facilities, but this is no problem as there are 3 bathrooms. So lovely to have a coffee machine in the room. And there is air-con!
ゲゲストA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!
Great location, staff are ok, room awful -The rooms are tiny.. mine had no windows, very tired looking, pillow was so flat that I might as well have used an empty pillowcase, the bar that they advertise was never open, they advertise that the suitcases will be brought to the room but didn't do it, bed is tiny and short (and I'm only1.74m tall), moldy in some parts of the room.
