The hotel is lovely. WiFi is strong and the location right in front of the sea is great. The pool was nice too. There was a touch of wind so they refused to let anyone open any of the sun shades which was a shame. Upon check in we were informed to check the list of activities which we did. there was nothing. Nonetheless, the stay was pleasant and the food onsite was great - as to be expected in Peru where the food is just fantastic.

it's a very nice, modern hotel with very kind, willing to assist staff. it's on a beach but it also has a pool. it's not very easy to get there as it's somehow protected. now, despite the very positive impression it made on me i was surprised when at check out they asked me to pay for the 2 bottles of water they offered in the room. usually these are complementary so i found it strange. they cost 7 soles each. the ( served ) dinner was delicious.

Excellent stay at the hotel. A family vacation trip. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and the service in general was excellent. No complaints. The breakfast buffet very varied and all exquisite. Totally recommended for a relaxing trip with the family, as a couple or for business.

The hotel is very good for the price it did exceeded my expectations. All the staff is very kind, friendly and are willing to go the extra mile for the guest. Actually they add a lot to your stay. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good has a variety of choices. The grill by the pool is a must to try day or night. Has activities for the kids, is a family oriented hotel, no noise at night, you can sleep like a baby. The balconies are block the ocean view a little bit but I am pretty sure there must be for a reason. Other than that, no more observations. I do recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our four day stay at this resort which is quite isolated being 4 hours travelling from Lima. It was very much a holiday hotel for Peruvian families and there were a multitude of kids with their accompanying excited behaviour around the pool but they are very well managed by the lifeguards and pool people. We found it quite difficult to communicate as there was very little english spoken or understood by the majority of the staff although a number of them are actively learning the language. There was supposed to be a grill and a restaurant within the premises but the grill only opens on Friday and Saturday which was very disappointing. When it did open the food was good with a tasty menu. The restaurant was more of a canteen there being little ambiance good for breakfast but uninspiring for lunch or an evening meal. My wife unfortunately suffered from food poisoning on the first night and my meal was not to the standard expected. We mentioned this to our agent and quickly found that the hotel manager made contact and was concerned to learn the circumstances. She was absolutely great and listened to our criticisms and was happy to discuss how they could do better and act on some of them immediately and we would like to thank her and acknowledge her actions. The front desk staff were very professional and most spoke good english.

The brand level is guaranteed so this hotel was a safe harbour in a much longer trip. It met our expectations: room spacious and clean, excellent breakfast, personnel very kind and professional. Would recommend.

I went with my family and we had an amazing time, definitely will come back. Hotel is well located and has great amenities for all ages. We felt safe at all times, and staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the most the water activities, Edgar took care of us, he assisted my kids and encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and tried kayaking for the first time; he has lots of patience with kids and adults. Yris entertainerd my kids with games around the pool. Overall we took great memories.

We ended our Peru adventure with 4 nights at this lovely hotel on the beach 5 minutes from town. Our rooms were spacious and clean with views of the ocean. The staff was attentive and kind, particularly Christian and Roberto who went out of their way at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool was beautiful and clean. The ocean was not for swimming, but sitting by the ocean was relaxing. I would stay here again.

Fantastic a**osphere and wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and the dining was also nice. The pool and views of the ocean were amazing. Very convenient to paracas and the National Park. It was our home base to go to Paracas and also to Ica to surf the amazing Sand dunes
