Awesome! Staff & Pplp

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room and building. Breakfast is included but not the best fruit options or healthy eating options. I would suggest options that are also not buffet style. Breakfast staff member that was delivering the food to the buffet was excessively coughing.

the staff excellent , the hotel is a little old but it is in the process of renovation, will come back when it is remodeled

The room itself was very good! Very clean and nice beds. The lobby and staff were nice. The bathroom in our room could have used some work. The toilet wasn't bolted down and moved when sitting down and made terrible sounds, there was some damage that seemed to have just been painted over and a piece of trim was left in the floor under the sink with nails sticking out. Also, add soap dishes to keep the soap from slipping around and making bathroom counters gross. I did enjoy having full sized pump products in the shower!

There was dirty kleenexes on floor from previous stay. The bathroom needed remodled. The showerhead was broken. This was our third year staying there for New Year's Eve. The bar was not open on NEW years's Eve and very little choices on the bar list. This part was not my biggest concern but I heard others complaining. Overall I was extreamely disappointed

Asked at 2 if room was ready and got a rude reply “no”. Can’t check in until 4. That was fine. Came back at 4 and was told still not ready. Went on to eat and got another call wanting to switch our room to one with Queen beds, said they were working on toilet. Said would finish eating and check back. Got a call about 445 saying room was ready. Front desk short staffed. Room’s carpet was stained and molded tile grout in shower. Soap was the only toiletry in bathroom. Tried to go to lounge which was closed New Year’s Eve! Breakfast bar was fair. Only meat was sausage links. No bacon or ham!

Rooms and hallway and around the facility were very dirty carpets were never vacuumed. Pool was freezing, cold and hot tub was way too hot to even get into cleaning staff made you clean your own room.

We loved the place, was nice, & absolutely was surprised to hear the pool was 24/7. With a kid it was nice to not have to “rush” back to get some swimming in before the pool closed. Movies/ popcorn was so nice as well!

The hotel is old and dated but in good condition. The reason I will definitely go back is the customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful with anything you may need. It’s also right in the middle of everything to do in Pigeon Forge.
