We booked a room to sleep 5 people for a concert and when we arrived they gave us a room with one king bed. I called the front desk immediately and they told me that they had oversold the hotel for the weekend and they had to move people around and we were one of them. I was offered nothing for this and had no place for over half of our group to sleep. I was only offered an air mattress that deflated as soon as it was blown up. They would not even set it up or move furniture to help with this. The front desk was rude and told me she did not care that I had this issue and she had to do what she needed to do for her job. I asked to speak with a manager and he was not in for 2 days...I requested a call and I am still waiting. Awful and rude people for $500 a night.
