Excellent experience. What a lovely hotel this is. The staff were all so nice and friendly, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was cleaned twice a day. Just a fabulous holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. There is nothing negative that I could say.

Just returned home from a very enjoyable stay at this hotel the staff are very professional and very well organised had a bit of a glitch at the end but Sarah our manager was very professional and very understanding to help us through it but our stay was first class our room was cleaned twice a day food was amazing we even had a wine waiter which was so helpful we chose the fine dining experience which was amazing well worth the money my overall stay was very memorable good work contessina sweets and spa hotel location which is a beautiful short walk to bars and restaurants and a amazing beach thank you Sarah and your team for a brilliant holiday keep up the good work thank you 🍺👍

I would rate this hotel a 10/10. Contessina Suites is such a beauty. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The rooms and the hotel in general were so gorgeous and clean. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful. There was never a “no” to a question. Every member was friendly, professional, ans eager to assist, providing high-quality, personalised service that made our stay truly memorable. This is truly an oasis of luxury in Tsilivi. The staff are magnificent; the welcome from Sarah and her team was second to none. There is nothing too much trouble and there are loads of staff who are there to help. From the team at the desk, through the guys in the spa, to those serving in the restaurant / round the pool, through to the cleaners, everyone has a smile and makes you feel a million dollars... Every single one deserves a medal for making us feel special for the time we were there. Special mention goes to Sarah and Christine, who were absolute superstars - thanks so much. The room was as nice a room as we have stayed in. Contemporary, clean, tidy, spacious and well appointed. The bed was absolutely magnificent. We were in 324 and the balcony faced the pool and was a proper sun trap in the afternoon; it was big too, so we spent hours on there just chilling. The towels were great, the shower was superb and the products provided were lovely. It was cleaned and tidied really well each day too. We got a late checkout too, so were in the room until 1500 on the day we left; it was 65 euros for the extra 4 hours, so we'll worth it IMO. We were B&B, so never sampled the restaurant for evening meals. Brekkie was the best spread I've seen, and wasn't busy either. Christine looked after us every morning and we never lifted a finger. I had eggs benedict each day and while it was small, it tasted fantastic. The breakfast wine blew the cobwebs away too, so make sure you give that a try. We ate a couple of times of an afternoon round the pool, and while the menu is limited the food was nice, other than some under cooked chips. We also sampled the lovely tranquil spa. My fiancée had a facial treatment, which she said was lovely, then we had the cave pool booked for an hour to do even more relaxing, after she was finished. You HAVE to do that mind. The cocktails are second-to-none; the barman made me a vesper, which was marvellous. In fact I had two it was that good. The other half had a pornstar martini on more than a few occasions, put it that way. They were the best cocktails we had all week. The only thing was the seeming lack of sunbeds; it didn't bother us, but others seemed to scrambling to get one. I fed this back and hopefully the team will sort this out. I'm sure they will, as it wasn't a huge problem. In summary this is a magnificent hotel and we can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be back and can't wait to relax in the sun with the team there looking after us. Thanks everyone...

We enjoyed our massage at the aegeo spas at the contessina hotel which was absolutely heaven, a top to toe massage at a fantastic rate carried out so professionally by kledia and desponia and we came out completely rejuvenated and so relaxed, definitely worth w visit whilst at the hotel 10/10!!!

We just came back yesterday from this beautiful hotel. We stayed in 129. Hotel is exactly like the pictures. Whole experience was excellent from The facilities to the food and drinks (get the club sandwich the best) . Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were wonderful and pleasant. Can’t recommend enough for couples. Lovely welcome with drinks while We waited for our room to be ready and a lovely parting gift as we went. Will be back!

Best hotel I've stayed in. I actually logged into TripAdvisor for the first time in years just so I could write this review and sing their praises. Food was fantastic, room setup great, pool and spa luxurious. But what makes Contessina Suites special is the amazing team of people working there. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a wonderful trip. I left feeling so grateful for them.
