The Front Desk Personnel are truly amazing.... Donna,Cory and Lee....The manager David always has a smile on his face and is a great asset to the property.....my home away from home....

It is convenient; accessible to a number of stores. However the rooms are in need of upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The shower was ridden with dark stains that look like mildew. The breakfast was just simply packaged oats, limited muffins and coffee and tea. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend staying here.

Location is perfect and easy if you are you moving around by car. Easy to park also. Easy to drive to Sunrise Outlet village and Panthers NHL game, also to Fort Lauderdale downtown and beaches. Hotel and service was ok, nothing bad to say. Room was noisy, not by party but air cooler and fridge was noisy. Area was quiet. For us it was big plus that the hotel has their own laundry room with washing machine working by coins. We choose this hotel because of location and breakfast included. The breakfast was terrible. It was only table at lobby with coffee, tea, instant oat meal and muffin. Don’t choose this hotel if you absolutely need hotel breakfast. At room there was fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, so you can make your own breakfast easily.

The hotel was clean but the management need to ensure that the guests dont continue hanging out in the lobby talking at the top of their voices and hanging out front at the hotel entrance lounging, drinking and smoking! Not a good look at all and a very uncomfortable feeling. That really lowers the class of the hotel. Management also needs to put more lights in the parking lot. Its much too dark and makes for a very uncomfortable feeling when coming in late.

We had to ask for toilet paper. It seemed as if they thought we would steal an extra row. It was just an old property that needed updating.

Had to check out earlier and book another hotel for the rest of my stay in Fort Lauderdale. All the experience since we checked in was terrible, bad smell everywhere but the worst part was the bathroom, fungus stains everywhere and in really bad condition, totally dirty and disgusting. Please dont ruin your vacation time, find another place to stay.

Great nights sleep, friendly staff and roomy. Nice area with a mall nearby and some good restaurants. Good value for the money.

Poor service ; reservation said that breakfast was included… well that was only coffee and a muffin (when available) that tasted sand beach ! Floor room was sticky ; no hair dryer, even if we asked the reception. Ran out of facial tissue and asked the reception for a box… well he didn’t know what that was ! ! ! I will never stay at this hotel brand and will never recommend to somebody to stay there at all.

Lee at check in was extremely friendly and made check in a pleasure. Donna at the desk in the morning was very pleasant as well. Breakfast was VERY skimpy with no muffins left at 8:45 … only packages of oatmeal And hot chocolate. Also, when I walked barefoot in the room, my clean feet came up dirty. Bed was fine but pillows were very flat. Generally a well kept older property except for those couple things. It is also very convenient to the mall … only two blocks away.
