パラドール デ プランセシア(Parador de Plasencia)

酒店與古教堂一體，很有特色，早餐豐盛，床具整潔，一切都很完美，無可挑剔。如果還有下次出遊，必選這家酒店。

This hotel is within a restricted area within the city walls , when you do manage to find it parking is under ground out of the walled area and you have to drive the car in a lift to the lower floor it’s very tight and challenging. The parking spaces are small on leaving a car was parked near the exit lift we had to use the in lift never again . Our superior room we found was located above the kitchen and from 9pm to midnight the noise was horrendous and non stop on complaining to the staff we were told what do you expect it’s above the kitchen they were totally useless our room number was 218 we left the next morning never to return to this parador

Unfortunately we did not stay in this magnificent Parador but we did visit and enjoy looking at this awesome historical palace and it’s beautiful furnishings. It seemed like we had gone back in time! This Parador is along the wall which has great views of the surrounding area. Well worth a visit!

No doubt, the town is lovely yet the best place in town is this Parador, ne better place to stay in one of the many in Spain. Could go back any time.

Impressive property, large room and nice bathroom. The restaurant and bar were understaffed and the gentleman at the front desk was particularly unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive.

Beautifully maintained historic building which is an occasion in itself. Fitted out with the range of facilities that one would expect in a modern hotel. Very helpful and supportive staff, beautiful bar and very accommodating restaurant.

Getting with your car to the indoor parking is quite adventurous, taking you up (or down, unclear) with an elevator, but we managed with a rather large Citroen SUV. The parador is a very welcoming place, huge and in itself worth the visit, located within an ancient convent. Small but enjoyable swimming pool next to the city walls. Comfortable room with good beds. Easy walk into the quaint town of Plasencia with a cosy terrace at the Iglesia de San Nicolas. Breakfast is taken in the old refectorium, nice.

This parador is located close to the town centre in an amazing former monastery building. It also boasts an excellent modern swimming pool. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the food was well up to Parador standards, served in the former monastery refectory.

Stunning building and location. Still can’t believe that paid Premier Inn prices to stay in the equivalent of a palace. And with modern amenities like the bathrooms which were very high quality. Like in a boutique hotel. Pool area was lovely too. Exceptional experience. Can’t wait to return.
