Lovely hotel,Food was fantastic always something for every taste, rooms cleaned everyday,free water everyday,tea and coffee with kettle in our room,safe was included the room we stayed in was very quiet 254,always sun beds at pools was given a card to change pool towels everyday Pepes snacks at poolside,drinks available all day and night,will definitely be back loved our stay.

It is 4am and I am currently staying at this hotel. Just woke up to the realisation that I am in a big fancy room with basically the clothes I was wearing my nightclothes and my phone. Told if I leave the room then I ain’t getting back in. This review is nothing against the hard working staff of this hotel and the amount of people that TUI pack in to it these guys work their socks off hope they are getting paid a decent wage. TUI advertise this as a ‘Platinum’ hotel but don’t let that fool you. What that means is you get cheap everything all inclusive. Check out the definitions of TUI hotels on Google. Anyway after having indulged in the cheap all inclusive and returning to our basic garden view room 411 next to the Vulcano disco we discovered our bathroom was flooded. We contacted reception and obviously at that time of night no maintenance people were available. The guy at reception was very apologetic but basically we were told either put up with it or we can move you to probably the only other available room (it was mobbed with new people) but if you leave that room you won’t get back in! Hence I am sitting in my penthouse apartment prison with no access to any of my belongings. There was no way we could have stayed in our booked room tonight it was an absolute hazard and inhabitable. So will stick it out tonight to see how the hotel deal with this in a few hours. Rui whoever answers your reviews please do put the usual platitudes on Trip Advisor this is beyond that. One very unhappy customer ☹️

Have just recently returned from a weeks stay at the Riu with my mum and sister in law, and we had a brilliant time. One of the most cleanest hotels I have ever been too, could smell bleach every day. Great selection of food and the entertainment team was amazing, especially Stanley! All staff were very friendly, always saying hello. Right across from the beach and only 10 mins from the airport. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

Great hotel. We have been there numerous times over the years. Entertainment team do incredible amount of work. Only negative is the beer supplied in the Flamboyan bar. The lobby bar, Lounge bar and all restaurants the beer is of a good quality..

Excellent hotel,the staff were very friendly and the food was very good.the grounds were kept to a very high standard.The entertainment on the evening were very good.Although the weather was warm,it was very windy for the hole week which spoiled going on th beach.I would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday and will definitely book again.

Spent a week here for our second visit having been before a couple of years ago. It was another great holiday with a nice sea view room in the quieter part of the hotel which we requested. The rooms are in good condition having been refurbished a couple of years ago. The hotel is all inclusive and the food selection for all meals was good and despite the hotel being busy we had no issues with service. There is a fair bit of the usual towels on sun beds issue but there are plenty and we never had a problem getting them. The location is nice with easy access to the beach and the road to walk along the coast to nearby shops, bars and restaurants. We would never normally return to the same hotel as we like to explore new places but was happy to return here and can definitely recommend it.

loved this hotel had a great week. the animation team were fabulous and very entertaining. Food was good and catered for every taste. Rooms light and airy with comfy beds.We would definitely come back and visit. We loved the cats as well. Lots to do

All staff were courteous from reception to housekeeping, entertainment team gave 100% all day every day, Bar staff in main bar sometimes seemed overwhelmed with work, and drink quality could vary dramatically, Lobby bar was more constant but not as rushed, but still an excellent holiday and would be happy to return
