Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

The hotel was extremely clean. The food was delicious with an extensive choice for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. Lovely welcome when we arrived with a complementary drink. There were plenty of loungers available around the pool area. The room was spacious with a lounge area, balconny, good size bathroom and bedroom. There was a coffee machine and we requested a kettle which we received streaight away. Some nice touches included such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries and towels provided to uses around the pool. The accomodation is approx 10 min walk to the beach and is situated between the harbour and marina which are both approx 15 minute walk away. The beach was lovely and once again plenty of loungers which cost 12 euros for 2 loungers and a sunshade. The supermarket opposite the hotel was closed when we stayed there. Definitely recommend this property.

Just as the title says really, this hotel is in no way 4 star. The rooms are tired, grubby and dated. The air conditioning units are extremely noisy and don't cool the room less than 21 degrees, so I'd hate to be staying here in the height of summer. The couch in the room was just absolutely filthy. Disgusting actually. Ants were crawling over the walls. Floor tiles were smashed and cracked. The shower flooded and the bathroom was soaked although in fairness this was rectified by maintenance very quickly. The balcony was never swept of all the leaves during the entire stay. The food was grim. Breakfast was repetitive and boring. Dinner was exactly the same. The food was lukewarm so by the time you got back to your table, it was cold. Such a small selection overall and completely disappointing. The 2 pools are grubby. Need a good clean and to be painted. Some positives: The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The grounds were kept immaculate. Plenty of parking on tbe Street outside if you hire a car. Short walk to the beach and shops. No blasting music by the pool every day which was great. I wouldn't return here unless it had a full refurbishment.

Stayed for one week on B&B terms at this 4* hotel. Great location - 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca town along coastal promenade, or Rubicon Marina in opposite direction. Plenty of restaurants in both. Well stocked supermarket just across the road - very handy. Adults only. Comfortable ground floor 'suite' comprising large bedroom with superking size bed (a bit firm). Excellent bathroom with toiletries supplied. Lounge with wardrobes, fridge, Nespresso machine (some capsule included) but no kettle - available from reception. Leads through patio doors to terrace facing the pool area with 2 chairs, table and sun lounger. Shady but great for relaxation. Pool access is important as we could step out of the room directly whereas the main room entry was less accessible at the rear of the block. First floor rooms enjoy more sunshine but not directly accessible. There are 2 pools - one allegedly heated (but both very cold on our visit). Pool area is well maintained and pool loungers are supremely comfortable but have plastic covers which get very hot in the sunshine - added to which you are only given one beach towel each which is of insufficient size - so bring extra towels! We think the hotel should consider making towels available on demand. This being an all-inclusive resort if selected, there is a single restaurant with buffet style service. We didn't have lunch or dinner there (better opportunities elsewhere). Breakfast was OK and a decent continental selection, but busy with hot food presented under heated lamps - temperature was lukewarm. There is a fresh eggs station - but limited offering. Service was good throughout. Room was maintained spotlessly; reception team helpful. Bar service more spotty and occasionally busy. Musical entertainment around the pool most days, of mixed quality but (apart from DJ on one day) pleasant enough and not too intrusive So come here for great location, decent rooms, good service, comfortable loungers and adults only. We thought excellent value and would return. Happy to recommend

This was our first visit to H10 White Suites and we weren’t disappointed. We had booked half board originally but upgraded to All Inclusive at check in. The rooms were well appointed and very spacious with a lovely balcony and a pool view. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a shower with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Plenty of storage space, a coffee machine, stocked fridge and safety deposit box. We thought the choices of food were excellent and we had one dinner in the new Italian a’la Carte restaurant which was very good. We had seen reports of people complaining about the quality/selection of the food and it not being hot enough. We did not see or experience any of this. Plenty of sun loungers and this was policed very well by the Pool attendant who would remove people’s belongings if they didn’t show up. We did dine out in Playa Blanca and the Rubicon Marina on a couple of nights and these were a pleasant 15 minute walk away. All the staff we had contact with were lovely and helpful. Shout out to Fulvio, who was a breath of fresh air, always there to help in and around reception and to Moloud at the bar. There were others who, unfortunately, we didn’t get their names. Would we return? We certainly would.

We had a 10 night stay at The H10 White Suites Hotel in Lazarote and it was very relaxing. We would definately recommend H10 as a Hotel Chain. The service was excellent and the staff were very accomodating. If you are looking for a quiet hotel then this is the one.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially as it was a last minute booking. Staff are friendly, food really nice, greeted with a glass of fizz on arrival. Rooms spotless. All staff had a smile and a friendly Hola if they walked past you. Premium drinks throughout. Pretty quiet around the pool with the exception of an occasional singer at lunchtime. Not complaints other than the entertainment finished too early but I'm really nit picking. We went as a group of 3 couples and will definitely return.

I have just come back from a 5 day stay at H10 from the minute I got there as a single solo traveller I cannot fault them! I was greeted with a glass of prosecco and was upgraded to a poolside view as it was my birthday. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. the food was great fresh and such a selection. Please do not listen to all the negative comments as they are not true. food was very good location was very good staff were great All in all a great time away! I would highly recommend H10 white suites i shall be returning soon Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was our second visit to this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint second time around. We were half board and swapped a few evening meals for lunch, because of the proximity to all the near by restaurants we ate out a lot of the time. The rooms are a great size, lovely comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Staff are fantastic, so helpful and always happy and smiling. The life guard is the busiest life guard I have ever seen, always happy to help anyone who needs assistance with beds being moved etc.. and going round cleaning/tidying up. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel and looking forward to booking again for next year, coming back to Playa Blanca later in the year with family and a little one so having to stay in a different hotel. Well done to all the team at White Suites for making our holiday so perfect. 😍 xx
