宿泊施設は美しく、食事は非常に限られていましたが、夜のスタッフは非常に失礼で攻撃的です。

素晴らしい食事とサービスで、本当に楽しい休日でした。部屋は清潔で明るいです。唯一のことは、酔っぱらいでいっぱいの大きなパブがいくつかある騒々しい通りにあるということです。とにかく、歩いてパルマビーチを楽しむことができます。

18歳の誕生日。素晴らしく、疲れ果てて、そして楽しかったです。 RIUのスタッフのおかげで、私たちの滞在は忘れられないものになりました。

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. We did not mind the limit of three drinks per person during the lunch and dinner, but the quality and selection could be improved, especially for wine. The only wine that they offer is a house wine.Pools are on the smaller side which is not sufficient for the size of this hotel. They also close quite early with staff collecting the chairs and removing the shades/umbrellas 30 minutes before closing. If you'd like water or non-alcoholic drinks in the mini fridge you must pay for them. Therefore bring your own refillable bottles or purchase them in the stores next door. The location is close to the beach, however the hotel is located right next to Bier Konig which is the largest bier garden with "October Fest" like partying and drinking every day. There's no noise in the hotel so you won't be disturbed by it until you leave the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, enjoyed the food and property.

This isn’t a bad bang for your buck hotel but keep in mind it’s an area where a ton of Germans are out partying and drinking till late. Walking distance to the beach which is nice and the hotel staff is excellent so overall a great price for what you get.

Wunderbar!! It was my first time in Mallorca and I had no expectations, so I was extremly surprised with this wonderful hotel. The service members are very nice and very helpful. My kids had a lot of fun with volleyball in the wswimming pool. I could relax as well in the bigger swimming pool which is perfectly designed. The all-inclusive was the best choice I made... endless cocktails that where so deliciouse and a big and great buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also lent me towels so I didn't need to bring so much baggage. My oldest son used the Gym and the pingpong table. The rooms very comfortable. The location was also very good. Lot of people happy, singing down the street to the beach, not dengerouse at all. In reception they helped me organize a bike day. We went from the hotel to the down town in 1 hour, very recommended! I would love to come back again!

Cleanliness was great, food excellent, pools felt crowded. Younger german guests let the property down with their behaviour which made my 13 year old daughter feel anxious & intimidated on several occasions such as being approached when on her own and also worried about taking the lift .
