Very small sign above narrow door so took a while to locate it.Had a very steep narrow spiral cement open staircase to the top floor where the office is located, so be careful! Our room had a view of only a white cement wall that separates the building from the street. Takes about 12 minutes to get to the beautiful white sand beach down the road and along a path through the woods. Slept ok but some street yelling in the night. Shower lukewarm.

Reception is at the top of three or four stories of spiral stairs. They don't come down to meet you. First room was interior. What I noticed there were rooms facing the ocean available I paid extra to move. After moving they told me there were rooms available for a couple nights. Then I found out I had covid. I told one of the workers so he wouldn't get sick. All of a sudden there were no rooms available and I had to leave the next morning. Sleazy operation. Otherwise, nice come location considering how crazy central Carmen has become

We like the view because it is overlooking the forested area. It is also very walkable to the beach. The staff are nice.

The room was nice and clean, we had everything we need. A walk distance to restaurants and beaches.

The place itself is not very luxurious as it mentions its zen but not in a great spot kinda scary actually.

DO NOT STAY HERE walked in and stunk with gross smell, sand all over the floor from previous people ,it says there’s wifi but it didn’t work housekeeper came about every 3 days or so also says breakfast is in included it is not, in the the sketchy part of 5ave loud explosions almost every night and the entry gate that was loud about 15 times a night had to pay to receive the remote for the ac and tv. We were not made to feel welcome, the sheets were never changed , stained and black mold in the bathroom on the roof and ten lbs of dust on the ceiling fan. The rooms were the furthest thing from “ clean”. The safe as well did not work. Save your money and stress and this is not refundable.

Staff was amazing, Anna Maria made sure i had what I needed and assisted with any requests I had. About 10min walk to downtown 5th avenue. Nice view from the pool area to the Ocean. I was traveling alone and am a women so walking back at night was not the best choice, the hotel is in kore of a residential area. The stay was nice and I would stay again.

Not very pleasant place Lsst time I stayed at a Hotel nearby that was the same price but it was way much better They do not have parking available and it fells quite unsafe to leave the car in the street This place should have a two star rating at most

This plae is terrible. They didnt have hot water. Said there was a spa but there was not one. The pool looked dirty. We stayed one night and left and they wouldn't refund our 2 day other day. The saying is true you get what you pay for... run away from this property
