リウ パレス メキシコ - オールインクルーシブ(Riu Palace Mexico - All Inclusive)

My husband and I stayed at the Riu Palace Mexico for a 6 night getaway in February 2024. The front staff were very welcoming and professional upon our arrival. Our only issue was that our room wasn’t ready until 4PM despite checkin being at 3PM. The property is gorgeous and the landscaping is extremely well kept. The beach was absolutely stunning. The beach was cleaned every morning and the water is a beautiful blue. There were an abundance of loungers available (if you got there early) and delicious drinks being served throughout the day. The resort was thoroughly cleaned daily. Our room was very clean. We did have an issue with our keys not working one day but staff handled it promptly. The food was mediocre. You could always find something to eat but if you’re used to fine dining then you won’t be impressed. The Mexican food was the best and taco bars did not disappoint. I would recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great beach, kind people, and a clean space!

This was one of the worst vacation experiences of my life. The room was dirty, small, never cleaned. Our balcony was directly next to a large septic tank that had a horrendous odor. So did many other rooms. The food was disgusting. Not a selection at all. Room service had five things to choose from and they were awful. There was very little entertainment. The only positive about this place was that the staff was super friendly. Definitely stay someplace else.

Liked the fact that there were 4 other RIU properties within walking distance. Was fun to visit the other properties to see what they were like and compare. Did not like the fact that our room was "down-graded" when we arrived and we did not have the view that we expected.

Property was beautiful. What I liked most was the friendly staff. The corridors can use a fresh coat of paint but overall I really liked the hotel and the surrounding area.

It was first class all the way. I just happen to be one of those people that want a little more while on vacation like knowing that I am in Mexico. This could have been anywhere. Food was good, pools good, ocean good,

A nice beach and property. Clean, well maintained, felt safe. The staff are all very friendly. Staff in the bars and restaurants are great. Drinks are good with top shelf liquors. Food is decent, not gourmet, but fine.

The property was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like about this site was the bathroom setup....it definitely needs some remodeling......but other than that I would definitely go back

What an INCREDIBLE RESORT!!! I was originally supposed to stay at the Riu palace Mexico. When my husband and I checked in? WE WERE UPGRADED TO THE RIU PALACE RIVIERA MAYA! It was such an amazing trip. I recommend this resort to any and everyone.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and friendliness, availability and helpfulness of the staff.
