Residence Inn Playa del Carmen

The hotel only includes one bottle of water for the entire stay. And there is no restaurant on site, so you need to got out for lunch or dinner.

We have been here for over a month and wouldn’t change anything. Clean and new. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Fresh breakfast everyday.

My experience was not very positive, mainly because of the staff at the reception desk, They charged me twice for my stay even though I showed them that I already paid online, they insisted that I pay again, before accessing the room and still didn’t receive the refund for that second paiement The room itself is really beautiful , clean and confortable ! They charged us for using some amenities, even though it was in open access and no notice indicated that this was a paying service, The breakfast is underwhelming to say the least, The place is close to the parks of Xplore and Xcaret you can either choose to go by walking (30 min) or take a taxi that will cost you 20 dollars for 7 min But it’s pretty far from the city Center of Playa del Carmen, you will need to take a taxi, it will cost at least 20 dollars, or you could walk for 40 min This hotel has a very high potentiel, if the reception desk staff would be friendlier, and more helpful, and if they could make a small improvement on the breakfast

Me gustó mucho la.limpieza, comodidad y amplitud de las habitaciones. El desayuno bastante bien al igual que los meseros. Por otro lado el personal de recepción puede no ser tan amable, yo hice una llamada por mi reserva y me dijeron que no había habitaciones, a pesar de que tenía una reserva por esta aplicación. Afortunadamente cuando llegamos físicamente al hotel si nos dieron la habitación. Mi esposo dejó olvidadas unas botas en el clóset de la habitación y regresamos por ellas pero no se las dieron.

Gostamos muito do Hotel...sua localização é excelente...o quarto estava limpo, o pessoal do atendimento muito solícitos ....agora o café da manhã, um caos, tanto pelo cardápio quanto pela limpeza, reposição e organização. Mas mesmo assim se voltarmos para Playa dele Carmen provavelmente ficaremos lá novamente.

We enjoyed the size of the room. Plenty of space. Television had channels in english. The staff at check in was wonderful. Breakfast was decent. Only thing they could work on is better housekeeping. We only had our room cleaned once when we requested it.

Certamente um erro ocorreu ao não realizar a limpeza do quarto, o atendente se desculpou e foi muito cortes. De resto, tudo excelente, voltaria com certeza. Ótimo hotel para ficar quando se pretende ir aos parques 🙏
