Playamar Bungalows

Third time of visiting these bungalows, and we’ve book to go back in 2024 for three weeks. Spotlessly clean, pool a good size, very quiet on an evening. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Looking forward to our next visit.

Decent location, 10-15 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre, 5 minute walk to beach. Check in was easy, staff were friendly. The room (2 storey) is very basic, has air con in both bedroom upstairs and living area downstairs. The decor, furniture and general appearance of the rooms are very dull and basic, they need a good refurb. We were allowed to check out late, however the reception is not open 24 hours so no1 was at reception to check out and no where to store luggage for our late flight. I’d stay again for the right price but wouldn’t be rushing back

What a find! This place is great. Easy and fast check-in and allocated room 7 pool side. We had booked for 3 people and the 3rd bed was already made up in the living room. It's over 2 floors with both floors having a free separate air con unit - Perfect. Small kitchen area with a full sized fridge freezer. Enough utensils for 4 people too. By reception you can borrow a shopping cart to take to the local Hyper-Dino! How amazing is that? No more white fingers from carrying heavy bags etc. Lovely place with a great location.

A brilliant complex, loved our stay. Just a pity it didn’t have a cafe/bar on site. The staff were really helpful and the cleaners did an amazing job in a tremendous heat. Definitely recommend for stay.

We had the most amazing time. Playamar Bunglows are right beside the beach and only 10 mins from the Yumbo Centre. There's so much to do and see all around. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the place was absolutely spotless. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.

Please stay away from this guy Jose is a scammer and double booked our apar**ent and put us down as a no show. We had advised him we would pay for the 7 days which we did but would only stay for 5 due to a sudden bereavement. He than took our money and double booked the apar**ent

If you’re looking for a good value bungalow near the beach and the centre of Playa del Ingles then this is perfect! The rooms are spotless, and a decent size. There are balconies on both floors .The location couldn’t be more central, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The cleaning staff and reception staff are friendly and helpful, in particular Lourdes who looked after our various requests . We have stayed here 3 times in the past year and hope to return again in April. We have been lucky in that we got pool-facing bungalows on each occasion.

Traveled with my daughter. We did like all - privacy, location, pool, cleaning, towels, comfy beds, silent at night. Check in/out any time and very easy. The hotel has its own territory with beautiful landscaping, very clean and safe, surrounded by a hedge and a locked gate, every visitor has a key, so you can come and go whenever you want. Playa del Ingles is a beautiful place where you can walk between the town and along the beach, also along the promenade. Everything you need is within walking distance. buses also run frequently and the ticket is affordable. As the most people are holidaymakers, the general a**osphere is lazy, calm and friendly. A lot of good places to eat with reasonable prices and food is very tasty. Mega large portions, better take for two people (for example, the average portion of meat was ca 300g) A good place to drive in any direction on the island. :( · the second gate could be open too.

The Playamar is an outstanding place to stay. The apar**ents are split level with an upstairs bedroom and balcony and down stairs kitchen , seating area and patio. The kitchen is well equipped. The apar**ent was cleaned regulary and kept spotless. The pool and surrounding area where also kept spotless with plenty of sun loungers. The apar**ents and gardens are securely fenced off with key access only through reception gate , and the pool area is fenced off with a glass screen and gate so as to keep the area safe for children. There are two supermarkets within easy walking distance. The beach is easily accessed and there are lots of bars , restaurants and shops. I highly recomend the "Tipsey Hammock" bar, very good singers, sax player and DJ later at night plus good food and drinks . You can easily access the dunes from the path which runs above the beach area. If you like a good walk follow the beach down to the the light house at Meloneras ( about 3 miles) lots of bars, restaurants and if you like your designer clothes lots of outlets for all the fashionista's out there.
