Ottimo soggiorno, grazie anche al personale attento ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo avuto un problema con dei cuscini sporchi, ma la signora delle pulizia ha provveduto a sostituirceli. Alcuni mobili sono usurati e si potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Torneremo.

Arrived early reception helpful and said room was ready. Room was clean and tidy nice view staff very friendly and helpful in bar area. The maid made and cleaned our room everyday and always said hello…. My only Criticism was our room was right next to 2 extract fans from the restaurant beneath hotel that were very noisy however did switch off later in the night so didn’t affect sleep. Location was great for yumba and food drinks were great for money.

Very close proximity to Yumbo Centre which means no sleep, it’s 5 am and the bar at the is still pounding out music which happens most nights. The staff are unhelpful, incompetent and uncaring. Very substandard pool and pool restaurant,. The rooms have dirty floors & walls, stained sofa and torn bed linen. The shower is peeling in many different places. Spotty and poor wifi in the rooms. The only nice thing I can say is the cleaning staff are pleasant.

I stayed here for 3 nights last week. I was very apprehensive having read reviews here so felt compelled to write this. The check in guy was friendly and efficient, letting me check in 45 mins early. Suite 414 was comfortable and spacious, with good views of the pool (and nude bathing area) and sea in the distance. The pool area was large, with plenty of beds, none of which seemed broken. Agree that the pool was chilly and the tub wasn't hot, and the area probably needs a kick of paint, but no more than that. Didn't eat or drink here so can't comment on that but the 2 pool guys seemed friendly enough. Liked the fact they don't badger you to eat or drink. Now for thing you can't disagree on- the noise from the Yumbo. Although to be expected, it is the only reason I would not choose to stay here again. Even earplugs were ineffective. Noise aside, I enjoyed my stay here.

Miserable staff and no atmosphere in this hotel When we checked in we were given a room on the second floor, asked if possible for a higher floor which we were told the hotel was full Not sure where all the guests were as there was only a handful of people round the pool each day and no atmosphere Rooms were nice and clean, we had to ask for a kettle which they delivered but no mugs or facilities to make a hot drink, just a kettle ! the lady working on the bar was miserable and not friendly The pool and “Hot” tub was freezing cold, i’ve had warmer ice baths! Couldn’t find any english channels on the telly either

Very bad experience - not even an iron or an ironboard can they provide to their guests despite several requests during New Year holidays and the wifi doesnt work properly and the employees at the reception desk are especially and not at all interested in providing any kind of customer service - so just stay away from this hotel!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Good location, friendly vibe and absolutely no pretention to be anything other than what it is. It’s not a lux hotel but it’s comfortable. Room was big (but the bedroom and living spaces really need to be swapped around), had a good sized balcony with a great view. Hotel really needs some TLC. A lick of paint and new sun beds and parasols would go a long way - quite a few didn’t match and were broken. None of the downsides bothered me much as the hotel did exactly what I wanted it to do for the price. Would recommend staying here but expectation management is key!
