Pet policy is not stated that it is cash only and they "can't" give you a receipt?

When we got there the person at the counter was not there I call the number they had for late hours they didn’t answer as I was waiting for someone to come to the counter three other were be hind me wait 20 minutes until one of the other customers went to the back room were the counter person was sleeping then at the morning breakfast the two morning I went down there to says breakfast was to 9:30 I was the before 9:00 there was hardly anything left to and they said there not putting any more we will not say at this place again

Looks like it was remodeled but only repainted. Bed squeaks, pillows are not good, and the carpets need to be steam cleaned. Their system is only able to check in at 3pm, not even 10mins early.

Windows we’re dirty and ledge. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Low lighting. Housekeeping wouldn’t pick up my trash and dirty towels. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel

Check-in and check-out was easy; no problems with service. The room was clean and comfortable.

Facility & room very dirty, bedding had not been changed since last guest. Double charged for pets.

This property should NOT have the Wyndham name attached to it. It was filthy!! The people working the desk did not understand simple English. I would not recommend to ANYONE!

I checked in and went to my room. TV remotes didn’t work so I went to front desk to ask for assistance. She switched my room but the other room was the same. It also had a bathroom light that didn’t work. I told front desk I would stay in my original room. No ice bucket so I go down to front desk again. No lamps in room and no clock either. Only light was above TV. Breakfast had no fruit no yogurt nothing but waffles, white bread for toast and breakfast tacos that someone made. I stayed here because I trust the Wyndham name. I was disappointed.

The door didn’t lock the top lock was busted off the smoke alarm was nonexistent the casing was there but they removed the smoke alarm. holes in the walls. The room was the size of a tiny closet. The bed was hard as a rock, and practically wall from wall. It gives a true definition of a tiny room. Front staff was rude and very aggressive during check in. Breakfast has eggs waffles and burnt sausage.
