Hotel's location is part of Midvalley Southkey where you can shop, eat, massage, catch a movie etc. The hotel is starting to look jaded. The room aircon is really ineffective. Altho set to its lowest you can hardly feel the cold. The buffet has an extensive spread. However, it looks messy and the cut pineapple was not fresh. The hotel swimming pool closes at 7pm which is way too early. You cant swim after the sun is down. All said, if you want to stick around Midvalley all the time then this hotel is a no brainer. Else, you may consider others.

Location is good. Consider middle of town. Link to MidValley shopping mall which is adding point. However compare to KL 4 star hotel, less welcome product inside room, water need to get from outside ourselves, I understand save environment, save plastic, but this is 4 star hotel, service should be priority as well.

Thank you for given a room with good view from the high floor and the delicious slice of birthday cake for my wife! The breathtaking view and the sweet treat have made for my wife absolutely unforgettable. Thank you again for your thoughtfulnes .

My family and I had a wonderful 3D2N stay at St. Giles hotel. I booked 2 rooms and managed to get the connecting rooms to my delight. The bedrooms are clean, the bathrooms are big and the wifi is great. The breakfast spread was splendid. Really enjoyed the good food so much! The shopping mall is easily accessible. Numerous restaurant to go to and we were spoilt for choices. Really enjoyed our short getaway there. Will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for the excellent service St. Giles!

This was my first experience staying at St. Giles in Mid Valley. I wanted to try something different from the usual city center hotels. This hotel is ideal for those interested in shopping, dining, and enjoying leisure activities, with a cinema conveniently located within the mall. My intention was mainly to dine and relax. The hotel is clean and situated right within the large mall complex, offering a staycation concept. The rooms are slightly more spacious compared to those in the city center. One notable difference is that they don't provide complimentary bottled water for environmental reasons. However, they offer a sanitized water jar for guests' convenience, allowing them to refill at a water dispenser located outside the hotel floor. I simply used the kettle to boil some water in the room and let it cool off. Most bathroom amenities were provided, with the exception of a missing shaver. Overall, it was a delightful and enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered a good variety of food selections to enjoy at the 6th floor.

Room was ok except for the aircon which cannot achieve lower temperature despite setting lower. It was at 24 degree thruout despite the technician came and adjusted to 18 but its was def not 18. The breakfast was worst. Lack of variety with buffet tray lay with different type of rice. The scramble egg was the worst, And it cost $50 RM for this standard. Will never return to this hotel

This was our first time staying here, we love how convenient the hotel location is. The breakfast was just AMAZING probably one of the best hotel breakfast in JB. However, only issue is that the check in system is horrible .... The line is too long + despite registering early on we came back at 3.30PM shocked that we still had to re line up and wait 30mins.

The hotel is convenient. The security guards are doing an excellent job; if you drive, they open the door and greet you warmly. However, only two counters are open for check-in, and the receptionists are too slow. Additionally, only two of the lifts are functioning, resulting in long waiting times. Furthermore, the swimming pool is too small.overall are good . Renovation is beautiful.
