We had Great lunch/brunch at the Bungalow. The fish was great and prego roll was excellent. Great place for sundowner with a view of Central beach in Plettenburg Bay. There is also luxury accommodation available . Well worth a visit for couples.

Most amazing experience, such professionalism from all the staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beyond impressive and worth every cent spent. The prawn evening was an absolute hit, food was so tasty and to top off the experience there was live music and the staff put on a show with their talented dancing! Welldone Bungalow team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing and peaceful place to relax and unwind. The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast especially their home-made baked bread as well as seafood was delicious.

This Boutique Hotel sets a standard that very few could meet. Check In was so friendly, personable and super efficient where all the reservation details were pre prepared and no waiting even though the hotel was so beautiful, waiting would not have been a problem. I was shown to my room ( The Wedge Room) and it was so fresh, clean, cosy and appropriately furnished. With outside terrace area with a swing seat, looking out at the sea. Food for lunch and dinner was amazing with tables looking on to the beach and listening to the waves rolling in. As my daughter and family were arriving to Plettingberg Bay the next stay staying at an Airbnb they had joined me for lunch and it was so good we returned 4 days later for evening dinner and what great quality, value and service. The Staff at The Bungalow were so efficient and personable and gave a 5 star service. Having travelled throughout the world The Bungalow has set a standard that not many hotels achieve and this standard is set through excellent Customer Service, Cleanliness, Efficiency, Quality, Value and above all, the personal touch that makes you feel valued as a guest. We had a wonderful stay at The Bungalow The location is just perfect. The staff was very friendly and the food very good. The atmosphere of the hotel and the decoration of the rooms/bungalow allowed us to have a nice and chilled stay!

We had the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and living room. It was really comfortable, close to the secured parking area and very quiet. The Bungalow hotel itself is nicely situated just off the beach, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a nice restaurant. Our only problem was that my husband has mobility issues - and to get from our end of the hotel to reception and the restaurant is a long up & down boardwalk without handrails. Consequently, we had to drive whenever going from one end of the complex to the other. For me, and most people, walking on the boardwalk is no problem, however. We still very much enjoyed our stay.

The Bungalow at Plettenberg Bay is a perfect stay for a good price! Staff is very friendly and the location is just perfect at the beach. The whole vibe is great and I can recommend this place to all kind of groups. 10 out of 10!

this hotel is really fancy and has direct access to a beautiful beach with huge waves and very clean fine sand, the rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is great as is dinner with fantastic sushi and other, finger food style beach foods.

This was our 1st visit to Plett and we happened onto this hotel based on a previous trip advisor rating. Wow were we thrilled with this accommodation, which is located right on the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that had an amazing view, a wonderful terrace and 2 bathrooms which accommodated 2 couples easily. Super clean, with comfortable bed and linens, and a kitchen, dining and living room. This was an amazing find, perfect location and the front desk staff were amazing. The hospitality, professionalism and kindness offered by Precious was incredible - The Bungalow is fortunate to have such an ambassador for guests. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again next time in Plett. Thanks Precious and team !
