Do NOT stay at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. After a 20hr+ trip (solo with a baby) I got to the hotel and was advised they do NOT have anyone to assist to take the luggage to the rooms and the guests have to do that by themselves. (Even having a baby in my arms). Then I was given a room on the third floor (last room of the 3rd floor) to take baby, luggages and stroller. The ELEVATOR DOES NOT go to the third floor. You have to take the service elevator to the second floor and switch to the main elevator down the hallway to take the next elevator to the third floor. Also, the elevators are so small you CANNOT fit two standard size luggages plus 2 people inside (and the elevators are stuck in the 50s and probably gonna stop working at any moment). Once you figure it out on your own how to get to your room (because at any point anyone offer to show you around the hotel or any help) you get disappointed once again with the oldest rooms you will ever see. Also, this hotel is not carriage or disabled accessible at all there are NO RAMPS anywhere so going to breakfast or the lobby you have to figure it out how to go down 4-5 flights of stairs with stroller/ wheelchair. (Also no help ever offered)… if you need to wash the bottles for baby.. you will be told find the nearest sink or do it inside the bathroom sink in your bedroom !!!! Yep, I was told that. The hotel DOES NOT have lunch/dinner you have to call the lobby in advance and pay a ridiculous amount of money for the nastiest food you will ever see that will end up in the garbage (really can’t be eaten. (And it takes about 40mins to be delivered to the room because the hotel orders it for the cheapest restaurant in town and probably makes some money on top of the real price). Now if you have kids, beware this is the most ridiculous place on earth. There is a tiny section of toys for kids in the kiddie friendly area. However, the gates to the pools are wide open tied with metal hooks so the kids can run straight to the pool, the outlets are not covered and the kids can just put their tiny fingers straight in them (and they are all over the room at the kids heights). Also, the platform for the bouncy house is loose and almost turned over with my daughter and other kids. The room service is despicable and left a plate of food in my room for two days and did not exchange my towels for days as well. I also asked to borrow a vacuum (to vacuum seal a bag for storage of stuff in my luggage) and was told the hotel doesn’t have a vacuum! I spent two days in the hospital with my baby as soon as I arrived in the hotel and not only I wasn’t offered any help the manager told my family members that came to visit the baby that they could only stay for a max of 10mins otherwise I would have to pay a fee of 20$ (which I had no choice but to do it for one guest). This hotel is beyond ridiculous, has horrible service, plenty of violations and should not be opened for service! Please STAY AWAY

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.
Pontos positivos : variedade em cervejas e bebidas no geral, melhor que o thermas inclusive! Recreação infantil: sensacional !!! Conseguem interter as crianças fora da piscina com atividades muito bacanas, separados por idade ! Tia Tampinha, Franjinha , Fini e Flesh, muitos bons !! No dia que estávamos hospedados o tio Fuba tirou a própria meia do pé para dar p uma criança participar da oficina de Tie Day, sensacional a atitude dele !!! Irei retornar no hotel devido a recreação infantil!!! Sensacional !!! Petiscos saborosos e com variedade.1 Pontos negativos: A recreação infantil não deveria ter intervalos, deveria ser o dia todo, após o almoço inicia somente às 15h. Brinquedoteca minúscula e com pouquíssimos brinquedos, atende crianças até 2 anos somente. Academia : não tem nenhum aparelho de musculação, somente aeróbico. Piscina adulta: muito pequena e apenas 1. Picolé deveria ficar nos freezers fora do bar para as crianças pegarem. Almoço e jantar muito simples para um All inclusive, sobremesas bem fracos, todas com o mesmo recheio de creme de maisena e não havia variedade. Não há opção em café da tarde. No hotel existe uma cafeteiria bacana mais com sobras do café da manhã.
Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here at Thermas Resort Walter World. Their were lots of activity’s for the whole family such as a magic show, festa junina, and a theme park with lots of rides. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming in the thermas. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.
Há muitos anos frequentamos este hotel, é um lugar onde verdadeiramente nos sentimos em casa. Os monitores já nos conhecem e nossos filhos se divertem desde o momento do check-in e se entristecem na hora da despedida, de tão boa a experiência de estar por lá. Quase sempre sou atendida pela Flávia, no ato da reserva, a qual não mede esforços para que sejamos tratados com prioridade por frequentar lá por tantos anos. Acontece que nas últimas vezes nos deparamos com uma nova gestão que vem promovendo reajustes desproporcionais à realidade do serviço ou da estadia oferecidos. A comida é excelente, os funcionários da recepção, governança, restaurante, bar, atividades radicais, todos já são nossos amigos e nos tratam com muita excelência. Mas nada justifica, por exemplo, cobrar em novembro/23 o valor de R$75,00 a refeição, em abril/24, R$100,00 e agora em agosto, ao consultar, a mesma refeição está sendo cobrada no valor de R$180,00 por pessoa. A justificativa é que agora há a cerveja inclusa, mas mesmo em abril, que já era, não foi tão abusivo quanto esse valor cobrado agora. Da última vez já deixamos registrados que alguns equipamentos estavam em péssimo estado de conservação, como por exemplo, cadeiras e guardassóis na beira da piscina. O serviço de limpeza nessa área também fica a desejar, alguns hóspedes deixam latas ou garrafas num dia e no outro, as mesmas estão no mesmo local. A sauna esteve quebrada na nossa estadia, não pudemos utilizar nenhum dia de quinta a domingo, quando estivemos hospedados. Tentei mandar e-mail à gerência para comunicar tudo isso, mas não obtive retorno. Talvez fosse o caso de dar um pouco mais de atenção a alguém que tem priorizado tanto este hotel há tantos anos. Até as bandas que lá se apresentam já nos conhecem e fazemos questão de prestigiá-los. Pretendemos voltar em outras ocasiões, mas gostaríamos de pedir um pouco mais de coerência nos valores cobrados para evitar perderem hóspedes, principalmente os mais antigos como nós.
