Wir wurden selten nach neuen Getränken gefragt. Was ich aber dafür entspannt und nicht zu aufdringlich empfand. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Hill with my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out too well for us, but that doesn't change the fact, that the stay itself was nice. I don't understand some of the reviews here. Some people would rather have caviar and a red carpet, or I don't know. Don't be discouraged. The place is really nice, with lots of activities, good food, excellent wellness services, beautiful and clean accommodation (modern). A place for couples but also families with children. A beautiful playground is also available. I can definitely RECOMMEND it for myself and my family. Excellent rest! :) Thank you! Best regards, Veronika from Czechia

The hotel itself is nice, modern (which is not always the best, a great-looking chair which you can not stand up from is useless), and has a a spectatular view over the mountains and the lake. Everybody was friendly, the premises were clean, but.. There is seriously not enough staff! Two bartenders can hardly serve the whole terrace at night, when it is full of people. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. Even the restaurant was slow during lunches and did not have a single vegetarian dish (one was on the menu, but they didn't have it). The food we got in the end was good, so were breakfasts, dinners were the same every day (as a vegetarian I could have a salad or spaghetti 3 days in a row). The pools are too small for such a big hotel and were overcrowded all the time, only one whirlpool was working, so people were waiting. I think it is better to visit in the autumn or winter, when the weather is not as hot, there is nowhere to cool down a little, the water in the pools is heated too. I would recommend this place to people who do not expect too much, if you sometimes stay in a 4* hotel, you might be slightly disappointed. However, the surroundings is great for trips, there is a castle nearby, St. Anna's chapel, Upside down house and much more to enjoy.

Rooms are big with beautiful lake view. Its nicely decorated. Food was tasty. Lost of animation for kids like Santa Clause, walking with alpaka etc. Pool isnt big but pleasent area, there is also sauna outdoor. The only minus was organisation during the Christmas Eve. They didnt have every guest on the list, so they have to combine with tables. There was big queque to the buffet this day and any carols so I didnt feel this day much special.

Nice room, nice view. Nice small in the hotel. Food in restaurant great. I love this place. Only wellness small but it is like it is. I hope they will develop this space. Complete hotel is designed in Nice colors, materiały close tu nature. I belive it is great for romantic weekend

Breakfast very good. Service good. Can't ask for make omelet un breakfast. Very modern and look good. Jacuzzi water not really warm. I ask to check but noting changed. We had 3 rooms but all in far, from lobby, need walk in underground tunnel, that is cold ant not pleasant. I was expecting 1 or 2 rooms to be in main building.

Sorry to say but not a hotel where we would return, the service from the reception staff was bellow any expectation, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and it was the same to check out, room was clean but not very welcoming and bad position near entrance. We did enjoy the spa area, that had plenty for us and very well managed. Breakfast was also good even though we were a bit late.
