ブルーサン ホテル ネプチューン(Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive)

The hotel staff, cleanliness, pool, views and food were fantastic. All of the staff we came in to contact with were so hospitable. Our favourite was Silvo on the main bar. Housekeeping Team were very thorough and discreet. The views in front or the hotel and behind were out of this world. The lady who looks after the gym let us borrow yoga matts to do our own yoga each morning either overlooking the pool or out on the beach- lovely! I really can't fault this hotel at all and would highly recommend it. It was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely return in the future. The hotel management should be really proud of the team working during our holiday.

On the plus side the rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff are lovely. The rest is pretty dire. The staff look as if they want to be somewhere else and don’t even try to engage in conversation let alone smile , ( except the cleaning staff ). The food is pretty dire , brought in and reheated and often overcooked. The all inclusive is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Set meal times so you can’t get snacks for the kids all day and they only include wine which is undrinkable it’s so bad , one type beer , vodka , gin and whiskey. I’m a wine and rum lover so I’m left having to go elsewhere to drink. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is micro sized.

The picutres of the hotel are valid. It's located on the beach side. The pool (inside the hotel territory) is clean. Room is clean, huge, well furnished. Room service is ok. Restaurant clean. There are enough food. We visited it at different time and we always found enough, warm food. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Parking is well organized but the parking lot is a little bit small. Indoor facilities: gym is available. Not so big but ok. Indoor pool is missing. Sauna is also available but in case of bad weather the pool would be very useful.

Was a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful. When we asked for new bedding it was done within minutes. The hotel cleaner regularly smiled and said good morning. The beach is directy opposite the hotel and was wonderfully quiet this time of year. Had no issues getting a sun lounger any time of day. Hotel food was amazing! Beef meatballs, turkey and chicken breast, full salad options. Excellent fish options, even cuttlefish and shark. Local dishes also served with different options during main meal times. Dinner isn’t served until 19:00 though this could do with being abit earlier. Was a fab experience

Where do I start. The best holiday ever. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good range especially for the price as was the drinks. Loads of room by the pool, amazing location, great rooms and views and the cleaners were amazing (they even cleaned my hair brush!). The hotel was above and beyond what expected. We were concerned with the bad reviews but don’t listen to them. Would recommend doing day trips and just ask at the front desk as they organise all. Hotel was massive loads of places to drink and the cats were friendly. Will be returning

Just returned Wednesday 25th after a week. Lovely hotel, great food, friendly and helpful staff, room cleaned every day to a good standard. We had room 306 and the views were amazing. Only downfall at this time of year is lots of surrounding places were closed for the season but walked along the coastline to the harbour which is beautiful and found a couple of nice restaurants open. I would recommend a stay here

We went on 25th sept, hadn't read any reviews till night before was dreading going after reading then. How wrong people are, we arrived and got checked in by friendly staff, put in room 807. Wow what a view amazing room was clean and tidy bathroom ok good shower. No fridge or kettle but we managed, just went down at 7am for coffee, and bought up to room. Room was cleaned everyday and clean towels left. Food was nice had diffrent meal each day lots of choice pizza corner was good!! Drinks were the normal all inclusive as for no water and coke zero we found plenty, cocktails can be purchased had a few very nice, lots of sunbeds round pool, we spent most time on beach beach shoes needed and buy a cushion saves having to hire a chair everyday they are for sale in shops along front. Beach is perfect lots of fish, water crystal clear, we spent 2 weeks relaxing and was perfect place to do it. Miss views already, any questions feel free to ask, worth going I say.

I only have a few moans about the hotel No kettle in room No English tea bags so take your own Not enough entertainment The positives Stunning location Wonderful clean room Hotel spotlessly clean throughout We stayed for a week always found something different to eat, always hot. All inclusive drinks were fine but could use the pay bar if you fancy something different. Pool side was lovely always clean, plenty of beds and sun shades. The walk into Tucepi was flat and shaded so managed to do it a couple of times - found more of a locals bar called cinnamon which was upstairs where barman was friendly and had the most amazing views of the sunsets. All in all a perfect holiday and we will go back to the same hotel.

Lovely surroundings, staff freindly and happy to please. As a 3* hotel, you get what you get, buffet food, somthing different each day. Reception staff very helpful, and willing to help out when required. Vicenca at the bar in the lobby, very freindly and chatty. Happy to please when needed. Stone throw away from the beach Rooms are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis. Fresh towels and regular bedding changed. Freindly cleaning staff. Coke needs to change, and the one they have is non drinkable and taste yuck Overall plesent stay, 4* due to coke
