This two storey villa is ideal for groups and large families. The villa has been decorated in a combination of modern and traditional style with white walls, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and traditional furniture. The main entrance is under the shady front terrace. This leads straight to the lounge dining area, which is equipped with satellite Tv and Dvd player. To the left a door gives access to the fitted kitchen, equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. To the right there is a shower room and the garage, which now is used as a utility room where the washing machine is placed. A twin bedroom completes this part of the house. Stairs leads to the upper floor where, the other four bedrooms are located - three twins and a double room. The double and two twins are sharing a large full bathroom, while the other further twin has its en suite full bathroom. All five bedrooms are complimented with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The gardens have mature palm trees shading the lawns adjacent to the welcoming swimming pool.
