"10月下旬にカルヴァリオプラザに一泊する喜びがありました。ホテルは、エルカルヴァリへの有名な階段の下に位置するブティック レジデンスの宝石です。魅力的なホテルには、美しい装飾が施された数室の客室があり、露出したオリジナルの石造りと絵のように美しいプラカ デル セグラールを見下ろす二重窓があります。ここでは、人がチャペルまで 365 段の階段を上って困難なトレッキングを始めるのを見ることができます。素晴らしいロケーションと提供される品質は、翌朝の朝食に等しかったです。食べ物は美しく提示され、アボカド、サーモン、スクランブルエッグ、島で食べた中で最高のコーヒーがいくつかありました。カルヴァリオ プラザは、5 つ星の品質、サービス、場所、5 * の価格タグはありませんでした。ポリンカの中心部で休暇をお探しの場合は、ホテルを強くお勧めします。"

"悲しいことに、ここで一晩しか過ごしませんでしたが、私たちはこの小さくて伝統的なホテルが大好きでした。ポリンサ旧市街のメイン広場と、敏感に改装された歴史的な建物にあります。私たちの部屋はシンプルでしたが、清潔で、手入れが行き届いていて、広としていて、小さなバルコニーさえありました。朝食は素晴らしく、サービスは一流でした。喜んで戻ってきます。"

"フロントバルコニー付きの部屋を予約しましたが、残念ながら工事現場からわずか5メートルほどしか離れていませんでした。予約時にこのことは全く記載されていませんでした。予約時にこのことを知らされなかった理由をフロントに尋ねたところ、工事は2年間続いており、午前9時から開始されるとのことでしたが、日曜日を除いて毎朝8時から工事が始まっていました。騒音は非常に大きく、粉塵がひどいためバルコニーは利用できませんでした。クレーンが一日中現場を旋回していました。朝食ルームにはスタッフが1人しかいませんでした。テーブルをセッティングしてもらうよう頼んだら迷惑をかけているような気がしました。一部の品目は補充されましたが、朝食は午前10時半まで提供されるにもかかわらず、午前9時には一部の品目がなくなっていました。朝食の質は期待していたほどではありませんでした。ホテルは町の中心部に位置し、レストランの選択肢も豊富です。私たちが訪れたレストランの質には失望しませんでした。ホテルにはもうレストランがないことにご注意ください。現在は閉店していると聞きました。到着前に工事について知らされていなかったことに非常にがっかりしました。ポレンサの町は、休暇の目的地として間違いなくお勧めです。"

"Just returned from an excellent 10 night stay. We were half board and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals. Plenty of choice for the size of hotel and great quality. Our children enjoyed the food but some children may struggle as there wasn’t chicken nuggets, hot dogs, plain pizzas etc. The BBQ 3 nights a week was great. The pools were ideal - great size, temperature etc. Only slight criticism would be that some tiles around the side of the pool need attention. Inflatable assault course was good fun. Rooms were well equipped and the layout suited us. Plenty of storage and hangers provided. Air-conditioning was excellent. Appreciated that the safe was free of charge. More evening entertainment wouldn’t go amiss. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again."

"I made a small mistake in booking. I contacted them within 30 seconds of having made the mistake which was simply to change my dates for the correct dates. Correcting the mistake was well within their ability as per the rules of the booking site. Rather, they just decided to keep my money. While legally they were in their rights to do so, it was an absolutely inhuman, greedy decision. I would not stay with such greedy people ever again and recommend everybody not to either. To top this off, they completly lied to me claiming that it was outside of their ability to change this despite both of us seeing, in black and white, in plain english, that they could literally do it in one click. Greed and evil. "

"The resort and surroundings were lovely, our room had a great view, cleaning needed some attention linen wasn't always changed daily and the floor was dirty. We were half board, the breakfast was plentiful, evening meal not so good, options limited, food was often cold and not labelled. The main concern for us was the dining room floor was extremely slippery, whilst we were there a lady fell, this is a real health & safety issue!!! We would like to mention Pepe and Bea who were always welcoming and willing to help, some of the other staff not so! There is a poolside area where you can get snacks or lunch, unfortunately I ordered onion rings and was given calamari, lucky I don't have a fish allergy! Overall enjoyed our holiday but unlikely to return"

"ヴィラ シンガラで絶対に素晴らしい滞在ができました。とても温かい歓迎、継続的な優しさ、素敵な別れをありがとう、ヨセフに感謝します。そして、私たちの世話をしてくれたベロニクに。このホテルは、美しいパイン ウォークのすぐそばにある真の宝石です。海まで 2 分で、透き通った水に浸かる朝のひと泳ぎを楽しめます。そして、さまざまなレストランやバーまで歩いて行くのに最適な場所です。フォーメンターへのフェリーでマリーナまで簡単に歩いて、パインウォークのすぐそばでパドルボードを借りました。さらに、ポレンカ旧市街へのタクシーとバスは非常に簡単です。とてもフレンドリーな雰囲気の中でとてもリラックスした休日。"

"Faultless hotel. The most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had! Beautiful room with a suite/ living area and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Huge comfy bed, timeless and stylish room with great cleaning staff each day. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful around the pool. The staff were great. Delicious breakfast with cooked to order options. Loved the style of the hotel and the artworks on the walls. A nice wall of books to read if you wanted in the reception. Will come again."

"We stayed here for 10 nights from 6th September with our 2.5 year old, self-catering. It ticked all the boxes for us. A small hotel with excellent facilities for children at it’s sister hotel across the road, which also felt quite small, in a good way! Location was excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. We found it to be very quiet which was again perfect for us. There was entertainment four nights a week at the sister hotel but either it had finished when we returned to the hotel or it was so quiet we didn’t hear it. We caught the end of one act in the bar one evening and it was very good. Our daughter loved the trampoline, the soft play and the mini disco. Big thanks to Alex who worked so hard trying to cajole a small group of 2/3 year olds while we were there. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, from reception to the cleaning team. One evening we ate at the sister hotel for bbq night and thought it was good value for money - €26 each but free for our daughter plus a free bottle of wine for booking before 6pm! We will definitely return here. Everything was so easy it meant we could relax and enjoy time as a family."
