Location is good, beach is across the street. Clean, large swimming pool. Liked the newly renovated, large walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Never saw anyone on premises. The bathroom sink was tiny, no counter space at all for toiletries. There was no closet. There was a chest of drawers, but it was filled with towels, pillows and blanket, so we took that stuff out and put our stuff in. No spatula for flipping hamburgers, knives so dull they wouldn't cut a tomato. Will not stay here again.

Pros 1. Perfect location, across thé street from thé beach 2. Quiet 3. Laundry on site 4. Pool 5. Good online communication (minus the glitch where I had to call to get the door code, as opposed to getting it 24 before) 6. Parking available on the property, ne er a problem. 7. One of the cheapest choices for the period and the location. Cons 1. Furniture. Particularly bad were the bed frame, pillows and mattress. Woke up every morning with the body aching. 2. Two coffee bags at the beginning of the stay, not willing to provide more. 3. Towels were old and showing their age. All in all, a great choice of you are interested only in location by the beach and basic amenities.

Beautiful, romantic setting around the pool area. Loved the swinging chairs. Clean spacious room. Short walk to beach. Excellent service!

No space in the room to put our clothes (2 kids and z adults), just 2 little night stand.

Lovely - Sea Steps Bridget the manager I can’t thank her enough, and absolute super star! She made a hellish trip into a lovely one and we are already booked up for next year along with my other guests. The motel across the street (Surfside) kicked us out the day after our wedding as they hate kids and noise, ruined my wedding. Sea Steps accommodated my family of 7 and 4 other families that came for our wedding, last minute on the day! Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and looked after, they had a box of left pool toys for the kids to share which is a lovely touch. Everywhere had lovely seating, everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. The cleaners were great and very good, I love the smell of bleach and you could tell they gave everything a good going over. On site laundry room, which also keeps left beach equipment like umbrellas and seats from past guests, and some beach toys again for the kids. Just a great atmosphere! Loads of covered areas to sit when the tropical storms hit, so we all stayed outside together drinking and playing games. Just a great holiday, me and my family stayed on this site late 70`s when I wasn’t even born right up till late 90`s when it was the Ronny Dee, and now it’s getting its glory back! This place was clean the courtyard with the pool was amazing, the beach is right across the street and everything is close and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here again.

Love , love , love this place ! Clean , comfortable and within walking distance of shops and amenities . With a generously sized pool and both sun and shaded areas and the added bonus of the beach just across the road , what’s not to love ?

Absolutely love Sea Steps Pompano Beach. Family friendly, such a chilled and relaxed environment. Lovely accomodation, spotlessly clean. The manager Brigitte was so helpful and accommodating, all the staff were so friendly. Can't wait to go back next year with even more friends and family. Bring on 2024, see you soon Sea Steps 😍
