Jayceline (please forgive the spelling) at the front desk was incredible. She heard a slight dissatisfaction, and took care of me immediately, without hesitation. Arda was great too. These two corrected a bad experience the day before. I know things happen. We’re all human, thank you for making my state memorable and positive.
The photo attached is of the door to my room left open after a fridge was replaced. My door was left accessible to the public, and when I returned from dinner, I checked that nothing was missing and called the front desk.
