The service from the front desk was very good. No one cleaned the room after the first night which meant the trash cans were not emptied and the coffee supply was not refurbished. I did not expect new linens as it was a two night stay. The room was overall clean. I did find clothing from another client in a drawer. The room was advertised as having a desk, but the desk space had a microwave, coffee pot and ice bucket. Therefore there was no desk space. I found that the room was basically the same design as other motels for the same price but did not have a small refrigerator. Overall I was satisfied as the location was perfect for my needs.

The rooms are outdated and not like the pictures online. We were told no rooms have couches unlike what the pictures showed. They only have cold cereal for breakfast. The refrigerator was broken and removed, there was mold on the wall where it was supposed to be and a wet floor.

Sketchy activity in the back parking lot. Broken items in the room. Found other people’s items in the room. Handle on toilet broken. Hair dryer didn’t work. Fridge and microwave were placed where you could not plug it in. Carpet should be replaced.

We checked in at night and went straight to bed after arrival. There was a bad smell but the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The next morning we found black mold in the bathroom ceiling above tub/shower and pieces of the black had dropped down into tub and on faucet. We also found black mold in the windows and window sills. The refrigerator was dirty inside and out and had broken pieces of plastic sticking up. Although we were scheduled to be there two nights, we checked out without showering the next morning. The man at check out did not apologize or act surprised and said he could not refund me for the second night but that he would ask the manager when they came in later. I was never refunded. Got a room at the Holiday Inn in Hammond for the remainder of our stay in the area.

Great service and staff and nice little hotel close to everything you need, did not smell bad and everything was nice and clean, will stay again! Breakfast and coffee options were decent and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is in descent shape. Fairly clean. But the staff is insanely rude. The owner/manager Kevin had obviously just ripped off a couple in front of us, then began verbally assaulting his poor wife. Middle eastern guy. Short. Think

This place was very nasty , the staff were very rude , I booked through a booking site and was told I couldn’t stay in my room because I had too many kids (4) we’ve never had this issue and they wouldn’t refund me , he came to my room with an attitude demanding that we leave , said we had the room dirty and only used the bed it was already dirty when we arrived it was cups and food in the fridge and used bottles , would never return

This was a horrible stay we moved rooms three times due to the toilets being dirty or the room just not being cleaned from the previous guest. Finally got a room that appeared to be up to standard and the drain in the shower did not work. We were not offered a discount or refund for the stay. The breakfast consisted of cereal only. This hotel has really gone down.

The water was sewage flowing through the shower and tub couldn’t clean myself before traveling I was forced to go to a campground and use the shower for a fee after paying for a hotel room that was very gross
