Esparan Heritage

I always had a wish to stay in a heritage property and esparan heritage fulfilled my wish. It was a lovely stay at the hotel having all the basic amenities and has a homely touch. Room was very clean, the staffs were extremely polite and even guided us with our local tour, cabs. The washroom has hot water facilities too. Location wise it is in the heart of the city, every tourist spot is at a distance of 1-2kms. Every corner of the hotel has a story to tell! i definitely recommend everyone to at-least stay once if visiting pondicherry.

The rooms are really nice, neat and cozy. The staffs are really well mannered. It is actually in the center of the city.

I was not given a studio room as booked. I failed to notice that and ask the hotel staff. Room was good. I have been here before. Parking is one big problem.

No room service. They are not provide water bottle and dental kit. They have to improve room service.

Our stay at esparana heritage was very pleasant. Every element here has a vintage charm to it and we loved this experience. We highly recommend this place for people who like vintage architecture. Note: there is no parking facility available, you can park your vehicle in front of the house if there is space available. Else, it will become tedious to find a parking space in the adjacent streets because this is a busy area and getting sufficient space to park suv is difficult.

Stay and place was very nice. Place is located at heart of pondicherry and near market place. French colony and white town is near to this place. This place has the heritage feel just need some improment in room services. A hot water pot, some improment in washrooms and add napkins. To be specific improve need water basin repair and water flow is very slow, hot water takes too much time. Rest staff is very helpful l and assist you for all your enquiry. I would have given 5 star if this few improvement are at hotel. To summarise the hotel is good just need few improvements for premium feel.

Easy check-in. Well maintained interiors in antique way. Stay was pleasant. Every sightseeing location was in walkable distance.

Pleasant place to stay if kitchen is there it will be more feasible to stay

Room was quite spacious, with a large attached bathroom. I like the old heritage room. Only problem, there's no parking place, which was mentioned beforehand. So, parking of 4 wheeler is the guest's responsibility, since the hotel is located on a busy lane, it's little difficult. The staff are helpful and helped us in finding a parking place. The breakfast was very good.
