"A dream like experience, the stay was exceptional, can't explain in words. People here will make you feel at home. They will behave as a sister, a brother, a guide. Veronica was there for us from the very first moment. She loves and caress my son like she have known him from a very long time. For her I could have my breakfast on time, as she helped me with him. Rupa was there to take care of our food , especially the children. The breakfast spread was really impressive. For every age group,, every temperament, one can find food. I could feed my son (9 month) tiny bits of these e.g Pongal, pancake, moong chilli, idling, hot and cold milk. For this special thanks goes to Mr. Pandurangan, the Chef. And Mr. Sivaprakash was supervising all this matter very meticulously, so that no guests face any issues. He was himself looking after the toaster. Nikita, Nitish, Steven all were super helpful. We booked the queen rooms for our stay, but it was congested for the 2 adults and 2 kids. So we had an room upgrade for free. Febronia helped us in this matter. She understood our problem like a family member. Coming back to the property, it is super clean, bathrooms are up to date with toiletries provided. One won't feel any problem regarding drinking water, it is provided in the rooms and there is a pantry in each floor also where there is provision for hot, normal and cold water. Preparation of tea and coffee in the rooms was made easy. Above all, more than the materials, the behavior of each and every one amazed us. Loved to stay here!!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The ambience was spacious and relaxing, with a big pool and easy access to the beach, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were extremely humble, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the chef, who greeted us every day and personally ensured that we enjoyed the food and had a wonderful dining experience. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Monika Roy for taking such great care of us during our entire stay and making sure everything was perfect and comfortable. Our kid enjoyed the stay the most, which made this vacation even more memorable for us. We would highly recommend this resort to family and friends looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. "Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the staff and management. The bald manager guy and the curly-haired waiter were unbelievably rude and disrespectful every single time we visited. They clearly judge people based on appearance and treat customers according to who “looks rich” enough for them. We were university students, and whenever we went there, it felt like they wanted to throw us out of the place. Meanwhile, we literally watched them treat other customers politely just because they were better dressed or looked wealthier. One of the most insulting moments was when we had just entered the premises and the bald manager instantly said, “Today no beer available,” without us even asking anything. As if our only purpose there was to drink. The arrogance and stereotyping were disgusting. And even if we were there to drink — so what? We are paying customers, not beggars asking for free service. Hospitality industry people acting classist and disrespectful towards customers is honestly embarrassing. If you cannot treat every customer with basic dignity and respect, you should not be working in hospitality at all. Worst service, worst attitude, and one of the most unwelcoming places we’ve ever visited."
