Nice hotel, very good treating the customers, and really we enjoyed a lot . I’m coming with my family with children’s. Maintaining good relationships with customers. And giving best hospitality in there. Hotel food is good also given best complimentary breakfast.

We came to Accord for our sons 2nd birthday and stayed for 3 nights. It was an incredible experience. The stay was amazing with all the facilities and hospitality provided by Accord. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in all our needs. They also celebrated our sons birthday with a cake. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and stay.

Food was tasty and appetizing. Enjoyed with my family. Chef Kumar is really excellent with the food and it tastes so good and as per my liking. Had a variety of food from salads to desserts. Staff Shifa was very warm and welcoming.

My wife and I regularly used the Restaurant since January 2024 and we are happy to say that the quality of food and their culinary standards are very good but for either too much salt or less salt on odd occasions in their vegetarian preparation. Overall we enjoyed our eating out experiences at Accord Puducherry. I complement head chef Kumar and his assistant Raju for maintaining the standards In particular we were delighted with the custom from all their staff ***aged by the ***ager Babu and his ***agerial team such as Tamil, Suresh and Kannan. I am sorry I missed out couple of more assistant ***agers All waitresses were pleasant, courteous and prompt. I would like to mention couple of waitresses in particular Priti, Sakeel, Queen etc It is worth visiting their Restaurant and have your own experiences

Best hospitality, cleanliness and staff attitude. Always smiling…. Kalai is an asset and is always supportive and took care of my kid when we had to spend some time outdoors. Food is amazing especially the Pondy special fish gravy which was mad for us. Over all a great experience.
