Liked the location, hotel room and restaurant was good.

Ginger hotel is awesome for stay at pondicherry.... Service and support from staff is very good. Uraj, Raj and satya and other staff of hotel are very helpful. Enjoyed leaving at ginger. Everyone can enjoy a very pleasant stay at Ginger....

We had a pleasant stay the two times we visited pondicherry, the staff were kind and very friendly, febronia and Uraj chetri made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We recommend to stay here and experience the amenities and their hospitality

All rooms are near and clam. Food are very good and prepared well. And had very good hospitality. All the people are so kind and very good. Best wishes to Mr. Sivaprakesh, Arjun, Youraj and Na***a. My best wishes to all and we had very good time.

We stayed in Ginger Pondicherry in Dec First week. We had booked for 2 nights and check-in time was 2 PM. We reached the hotel by 9 AM and was planning to keep the bags at reception and roam around till room becomes available. To my surprise, the staff handed me room key :-) Our return bus was in the evening, so checked for late checkout. It was available for 25% of room charge. At the time of checkout they surprised me again and did not charge for the late checkout. Room was a bit small, but clean and neat. Again the staff suggested to go for twin room as it will have more space than double room. Breakfast was good with very good vegetarian options (We are veg). Coffee was really good. The seating area is well maintained with paintings of all the places in Pondicherry. Special thanks to Ginger hotel staff Febroina, Uraj and Raj for making our stay wonderful.

Has the feel of a low security prison. Very noisy, tiny rooms, air conditioner continuously stopped working, we had sparks coming out of the power points, bathroom tiles looked like they’d never been cleaned. We would have gone to another hotel but we were part of a tour group so we had no choice but to stay, luckily only one night!

The stay was very nice the room were perfect with a good budget especially to mention the staff working in this hotel with a very good hospitality especially Mr Uraj and Febronia very diligent with their work and customer service which is very great the food was very good will come back again for sure 😁,...,....

Staff are good and thay have a good communication skills and the service are to good and food is also good thay are very nice and kind people Yuvraj, febronia, satya these are good good and thay ***age the things in good way they make good relationship with our kabaddi family

Excellent stay room is good cleaning done very well thanks to the hk team and supervisor Mr yuraj and front office Ms Febronia from front office great service from them .Food was also nice will come back next time would like to recommend also for others for the next visit........
